Hi TK, is it possible to get a MidiClock-Signal on the supported Midi-out ? I wonder why there is no clock as the sid can be used as a drumsynth with TR-like-sequencer. And internal the clock is already available. So the SId can act as a real midi-master. best regards

Hm ... good question. Counterquestion ... how many users really need/ use all 6 voices in Multi-Engine in a stereo-sid environment? I would half the parameter for the 6 voices and let them controll both audio-channels to get space for Wavetable-Parameters like in LeadEngine. Ky# - does it mean a pressed note on a keyboard ? Didn't try. On the other side isn't entering the notes in a 00...03...07 manner the same like as entering the absolute notes ? It's just a comfortable way, isnt it ? But for real chip-tunes the one-note-transposed way would be better IMO Best regards Christian

I just miss the possibility to edit the WT Beginnig-, End- and Looppoints per CC's like in the Lead-Engine. Sorry for that. I should have been more specific. My assignment: Multi-Engine WTC - Ins3 - Para:252 (Note I3) - Spd:8 - Beg:20 - End:23 - Lop:20 WTE - Step 0 - 00 Step 1 - 03 Step 2 - 07 This should play a "chord" to my pressed note on my keyboard. But it doesn't. It plays the same three (0-3-7) notes whatever key i press. No transposing. So where is my fault ?

Is this normal behavior ? When i set wt for osc pitch the the tone does not change when i press another key. I'm in multi-engine on rc22.

just when i want to start making music with the multi-engine i found out that it isn't possible to edit the WT like in the lead-engine. thats a real shame :( . Is there any other workaround for that ? ???

The sid_v1_FW does not support the SwinSID IMO, does it ? In the V2_FW you have an option for this.

How is this ... ... solved in the V2-Release ?? This is no FR, i'm just curious about it. Is there a another way to select/ switch wavetables ? Best regards

Hi, im PDF zur SMatrix sind "Signal-Dioden" am DOUT vorgesehen welche im gemeinen als Anzeige in den Projekten dienen - wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe. Ich meine aber irgendwo gelesen zu haben, dass, wenn ich diese nicht brauche man statt dessen Transistoren einsetzen sollte. Kann mir das jemand bestätigen bzw. erklären warum das so ist und welchen Typ Diode/ Transistor ich brauche? Leider finde ich den entsprechenden Absatz nicht mehr. Da stand auch was davon das man zur Transistor-statt-Dioden-Schaltung in der Wiki bei Wilbas MB6582-Projekt schauen sollte. Fündig bin allerdings nicht geworden. Ich hoffe einer von Euch kann mir helfen. Besten Dank die Brumsel 8)

Do use an external keyboard to change your sequences ? I looking for a solution how to trigger different seq-lines without a keyboard. So my new FR: Trigger Sequences without ext. Keyboard (double-use of buttons ?!?) e.g. i have 10 menue buttons - so with shift pressed there could be a triggermessage for the 1st or 4th or 8th sequence etc.

Hi TK, thanks for this great release. These are some really nice bassline-features. FR: Is it possible to get a simple transpose function in the sequencer ? While copying a sequence it would be nice to transpose it. Thats better than touch every note/ step again. Best regards brumsel

Hi Stryd_one maybe we should move this topic into the english-forum if there is more interest. I know these displays from this site. There are some sharp pics of the assambled display in the galery. Have a look - it's worth it ;D. Matze from tweakbox.de means that there has to be just small adjustments in the lcd-code because of a different init-part. he knows tk and his projects.

Hi, hat jemand schon mal versucht solch ein Display zu verwenden ? Stromtechnisch sollte es kein Problem sein. Treiber ist kompatibel zum HD44780. Kontrast und Helligkeit werden aber elektronisch eingestellt. Müsste man also was machen. Aber wie ? Könnte jemand zum Thema Custom-Display-Treiber mal ein paar Hinweise geben was gebraucht wird und worauf man achten sollte usw. ? Gruß, die Brumsel

Hi, is it possible to extract devices/ symbols from an existing *.sch-project for use in another ?? I've got a scheme-file but the used devices are from an external library. i want to use the devices in my own project. but i don't get it. best regards

got the same problem here. i'm not able to create a .hex-file for the new RC18 using WinXP and Posix . instead of the gputils-path i put the posix-path into the path-variable. is that a mistake ? could you help with the corect path ? best regards

Hi, benutze XP. Da die Make.bat im aktuellen RC18 nicht mehr supported wird hab ich gemacht was hier steht Ansonsten läuft alles wie gehabt. Ich gehe ins Verzeichnis wo mein Source-code steht und gebe make ein. Die Routine läuft kurz an. Löscht alle Tmp-Dateien. Aber endet dann damit: no rule to make target 'setup_6581.hex' ... so ähnlich zumindest. Der Witz ist aber im Verzeichnis steht nix mehr mit setup_6581 nur noch meine Setup-Datei. ??? Also ich weiß nicht weiter. Muss diese Rule noch irgendwo festgelegt werden ?! MfG
