  1. I'm watching it again for the 5th time!! very shweeeeet!!
  2. ditto!! Moxi, How do you prevent the bubbles from forming when mixing the resin and activator?
  3. Moxi, That is very schweeeet look'n... :o :o Sorry for this question if it sounds dumb. What material did you use for the button itself? I know you mentioned that the mold is made out of RTV silicone. thanks..
  4. No problem man.. I understand.. I can say in my part, "When ever you can deliver, no rush at all".. We're the one that needs your help.. Currently, I am very busy finishing up my SEQv2, plus I'm putting together my 18F4620 PIC based core for my test SEQv3. Lastly, I'm in the process of collecting some parts for my Fatman and SEM synth. ;D ;D I'm sure you see my post about it. ;) So all in all, I have plenty to work on. I say this project (for my part) is currently on hold too. ;D
  5. ;D ;D LMAO ;D ;D ;D Don't forget an VFD module that will do the count down. ;) just like in the movies... These are good stuff.. ;D I'm bookmarking like a mad man right now!!! I swear, ever since I joined this forum, I've learn so much about the inner workings of the synths. I figured, before I start building my own synth, I should study more about it first. ;) You guys are awesome 8) 8) thanks..
  6. Kind'a like a monome in color.. very cool.. 8)
  7. Moxi, those are very sweeeet look'n buttons. :) Especially the MPC style buttons.. very cooool 8) If you don't mind me asking: 1. What did you use for the mold? 2. Are those buttons made with RTV silicone? 3. Do you know of any conductive RTV silicone? Have you use such a material yet? thanks..
  8. Great job Steve!! Thanks for sharing the information... ;)
  9. Since I don't speak nor read German, I can only listen and look at those nice synths. Questions: 1. Do you have to order the kit of SEMtex in order to build that synth? 2. Can you at least just order the schematics? or is it free somewhere? thanks..
  10. TK, The demo still blows my mind everytime I watch it. Since SEQv3 and SIDv2 requires a newer PIC18F4620, are you planning to embed the IIC_MIDI module on the new core? Or are you just going to design another MIDI out circuits to counter the EUSART bug. thanks..
  11. You got a point there.. In your opinion, which one would be a DIY fat synth that did not really need those CEM/SSM chips. Any links? thanks..
  12. Actually, That is the site that got me "Dis Dogg in me" -- super yummy.. Can I say woof-woof!! sorry.... ;D ;D
  13. I know this is a silly question: :-[ Does the copper track's color turns into some sort of a silver shade :-[. How would you know if the tinning is done. Because when I think of tinning, it is equivalent to like adding solder to the PCB tracks.
  14. Wilba, Can you please put me down for 2 SID's? If you still have any.. thanks..
  15. Hi guys, Have any of you ever use Liquid Tin? http://www.mgchemicals.com/products/421.html What are the results? I've only etch my boards in the past but not ever tinned them becuase I usually solder my componets right away. thanks..
  16. TK, Thats is soooooo wicked!! Very cool 8) 8).. I can't wait to finish this SEQv2 for now. Sorry but I gotta ask... When are you planning to release SEQv3? ;) thanks..
  17. Moxi, Since I'm new to these types of project, I wouldn't know what a high quality encoders yet. So far my first encoders are the ones I got from SmashTV, and it seem nice. Any hints that I should watch out for? thanks in advance..
  18. If you do find it somewhere cheap, please let me know.. thanks
  19. Wooo---oooff!! Wooo-oooff!! ;D ;D
  20. Have anyone in this forum have seen, heard, or read anything about a Sequencial Circuit Pro-One clone?? I'm looking for the actual CEM 3310 IC schematics.. thanks..
  21. Henrygr, I originally plan to replace all of the logics of the fatar. But since it deals a lot of programming some new code, I'll stick to a modified midi router application that Styrd_One is putting together for now. Once I learn more about ASM, C, & MIDIBOX platform, I will eventually connect the fatar matrix to Mbox. I'm still a one month old MIDIBOX baby. :'( :'( :'( ;D ;D
  22. Yeah, I did realize the eventual problem. But since I'm in a hunt for the right switch w/ LED and a enclosure, I will use this method for the mean time. thanks for the reply..
