that's stupid... i cannot find a KS0108A display with the size of 240x64 anywhere ! and thorsten said that the T6963C are too slow to handle complicated interfaces...

uuu i'm really an electronic noob so i would probably fail massivly when writting my own drivers... is the controller dependent on the size of the display? i realised that all 192x64 are KS0108A controlled and all 240x64 are T6963C controlled.

hi ! is there an essential list of lcd displays/lcd controllers to use with the midibox lc? on the ucapps lc site - there is this "KS0108 lcd" display. but i couldn't find an lcd with the KS0108 controller in poland anywhere with 240x64 resolution! maximum 192 or so. so what are other solutions for this - which lcd can i finally use? i don't really like the (2x40 lcd)x2 solution because on nearly every midibox lc picture i could find on ucapps a few centimeters of the lcd's weren't used and they destroyed the overall design a bit. thanks

oh i'm silly - there is 2x40 written on the ucapps site. sorry.

how come that 2x24 isn't enough in this case but they work with the normal lc project?
