  1. no words. Ganchan, thanks for your time organizing this attempt. Sorry to hear it gone this way.
  2. Sounds perfect to me, thanks you all guys. If i ever could help with something here... maybe in the name of it it's worth organizing a bulk for dead sea mud? Cost is free for mBoxers registered before 2008 ;D
  3. Thanks MTE for sorting out my (lack of) german language skills, and Frank for fair shipping quote ;) that's more logical.. 11x2+7=29eu for 48 knobs, or 0.604 per one if 72 it's 0.555 per piece and so on. well need to think a bit about how much i really need ;D
  4. tough! ;D
  5. shipping to israel x48 pieces is 14euro?! :o Frank, If this is the case, i'm beginning wondering about other unregistered methods of shipping. Vlad
  6. Thank you for offering such a nice kit, Mike.
  7. gosh.. i see typefacing attitude! :o
  8. what's the price, again?
  9. i'm pretty convinced buying some which look like these... or even exactly these. each 5+ euros Material: Aluminium ... hmmmm ;D
  10. from ladyada mods page: Detent Tuning knob When we designed the x0xb0x, we put in a non-detent tuning pot because that was what the original 303 had. However, this may drive you a little crazy. Panasonic part number P3I9503, an equivalent 50K linear potentiometer with a center detent, is available from DigiKey. Note that you may have to retune the synth once in a while to keep the center detent 'correct' 'Tuning' knob by default is coming without detent, but can be substituted by one with detent. P3I9503 POT 50K OHM 9MM VERT PLA BUSHING @mike: then, my guess, the list is missing 2 (or 3 if tuning not substituted) of 50K D log pots: P3L2503 POT 50K OHM 9MM VERT PLA BUSHING and, USB B-type Jack is not in the list as well. i also need some minor 2 resistors which i couldn't find on futurlec
  11. what's his interest in lying you? :-\
  12. well this means new topic should be started soon, probably with *building* word in title. ::)
  13. boys, try this in future: very VERY useful util for logos or simple/complex image vectorizing. http://vectormagic.com/ ////kind of edit: SHIT!!!!! they begun taking money for the service..... it's great tool, anyway - used it a lot before it became commercial.
  14. Ganchan, don't be silly, man! ;D ::) almost every order is a headache thing to do - so at least take enough money from people so you play on the safe side - in balance at least. I hope nobody minds paying a euro or two more for letting somebody else to take care of the order. You really don't have to explain your calculations. my word, Thanks for organizing, it's not an easy task. ;)
  15. our recent work for student union at my university ;D making money (almost) at home ;)
  16. ween whis, ain't nef wtuff ;D
  17. 10^n kbps
  18. me was is reading nearly every new post ;D
  19. i guess you're right. this pops up next following point: Hard to believe (but of course possible) how Apple Design Dept missed that obvious fact - as macbook is designed for mobile use. but again, i do think you're correct because of this: Conditions these 2 used in, is principally different - as setting up a musical instument along others at gig (sharp corners, mostly metallic materials) is not the same as pulling a laptop out of it's bag and working on it on the train. And, if we talk about wear, not deep scratches caused by careless user, this can easily be confirmed by macbook users. ::) Which materials do you think of, Sasha?
  20. notice the screen housing: realised by combining opaque base with clear perspex above. Also, can be achieved using glass, option to matte glass + engraving to reveal base color. for quality look it will surely cost us some, my guess it wont' be cheap. but, this undoubtedly looks better over any common mdf/aluminium/plastic and alike; and as design person, eye-candy factor justifies almost any reasonable investment.
  21. i surely love it within 25key keyboard. Realised within oxygen8, you had to compromise on Pitch and Modulation wheels ::)
  22. Wow, seconded, thanks for the pdf - very informative, very interesting source of inspiration. I would love my x0x to be made out of perspex actually (or with on-top laying panel), first associations with perspex is (now discontinued?) white imac, shiny and glossy all over. what a a look to glamourx0x ;D , a pleasure to play with.
  23. omit knob fixation, and this will be applicable to most gear hungry headz like us ...i believe. ;)
