    Multiple display are "sexy" and affordable as a 16x2LCD on ebay is very cheap.

    In addition , multiple displays remind me of some old synthesizers.

    If possible I would also like this opportunity.

    Hi,

    Probably I am ridicolous with this question as I am not in "HARD" programming but I would ask the same:

    as the new core has more power is it possible to drive displays like Hitachi SX14Q004 or something like ?

    and manage the touch also ?

    It would be nice for a controller

    Tim has the source files.

    I think it is interesting to Tim in terms of time and energy spent only if a minimum of people show interest by this PCB.

    Hehe Antix. Yellow would be awesome :D I'd like a black one with blue pearl coating :D

    LOL TB,

    black maybe OK but I have some doubts about the pearl coating.

    Anyway we have already RED and WHITE so may be nice another " color industrially feasible "

    I know about Black,Purple ,Yellow and Blue.

    Anyone knows of other solder resist color?

    Nils any suggestion about ?

    Hi,

    There are no restrictions regarding use of positive or negative LCD with Midibox projects

    You have only to be careful with the pinout of the device.

    Positive ( dark character on light field )

    The cyan coloured LEDs of the MB6582 were never bought as "cyan", instead they were bought as "bright green" iirc. I just bought a lot of bright green 3mm LEDs off Ebay, with a 520nm wavelength. This should produce the same colour.

    Any link for these LEDS?

    As for the gm5x5x5, I'd obviously volunteer to do another run if there's enough people on the list. I am fairly sure a lot of the people on the list already have boards, but if there's demand I can contact them and see how many are still interested.
