And i doubt it will work. But you can always give it a try for 1,95 euro. It is a bit of a pain to desolder though.

The caps need to be able to withstand the rectified voltage, no need for low esr ones. So use a 25V one: RAD 105 1.000/25 but i would personally take a 2200u one . For the non polarity ones use X7R-5 100N or Z5U-2,5 100N

I can confirm this is still a good option. I recently ordered two boards from above buyer. Connected the board without removing buffers to LPC17 and i could see the sdcard being formated in MIOS Studio.

I am running Ubuntu on my headless server. So it has no monitor/keyboard or mouse. I can just turn it on/off with the power button.

 

Not sure if it is needed on your organ console to migrate. But for a build distro i would prefer Ubuntu. But if you want to you can run the ISO and install to hdd.

I would use Ubuntu 12.04 LTS instead of puppy Linux. Infact i do.

Not sure what's more amazing, the musik or the flying. I assume the camera is not a life feed? At 2:21 flying past those houses seems dangerous. Also what altitude do you reach? Looking at the footage at 1:15 i would assume at least 2km.

It would be great if it would be possible to create some low cost bridge between gm5 (yes, there it is again m00dawg :wink: ) and a kissbox module. But i guess the bridge device would need some routing capabilities i guess. So it would be not so easy.

More like a GM5-like solution. Basically a MIOS32 with maybe some MIDI routing capabilities that can talk MIDI over RTP, USB, and a set of DIN MIDI ports. MIOS32 can already replicate GM5 functionality so I would bet adding RTP might not be too bad given TK is already looking at it. Integrating features found in MIDIO128 (MIDI playback mostly), would make such a device very compelling in my opinion.

As i said i don't see how this would be feasible on the gm5. I thought it was fairly obviously considering the lack of I/O on the gm5.

I must agree. Although it is a pretty cool feature for ipad/mac/pc usage, it would require significant hardware efforts to make a single synth do RTP-midi. An fairly easy way todo this would be to add this feature to the gm5. But i don't see how that is feasible.
