Hi all, I have the idea of using a ordinary 3 channel dj mixer as a simple controller for Traktror (or similar Dj tool). The concept I have is that I only would like to use the (Cross)fader(s), tone controls, gain, pan, channel Pfl on/of and Master. (Roughly 16 or so knobs/sliders/pots in total), bring all the wiring out of the mixer with, for example a Sub D 25 and have a small box connect to it, which include a AIN and Core module, which in turn goes to a midi interface (or directly to computer by means of USB, depending on the Core) My question is if this could be realized, or will I change the internal circuitry of the mixer in some way by connecting the extra wiring to the pots/sliders/buttons of the mixer? Thanks in advance for any thoughts by any member. Cheers! Tron

Hi there, I am trying to get the AINX4 module to work with the PIC based core. I have the hex code with AIN enabled (and it works with 8 pots), but when I connect the AIN module with 32 connections I can't get it to work at all. Am I missing something? Does the code need to be altered? I have only two pots working?? This is for an organ project so I need the table to configure keys, but I also need all the pots as I am converting drawbars on a hammond organ. Help appreciated! Regards, Ryan

Hi, i'd like to have some help with my AINSER64 used in a MIDI128IO config : i've mounted the unit, 'shortcuted' several unused inputs. When i plug it to the core, the yellow and red lights light on. But the green 'link' one sometimes remains lit, or unlit. that seems to indicate a problem. In MIOS Studio, i see a bunch (i guess 64) of CCs going to 0 when i unplug the AINSER. Any idea of what i am doing wrong ? Thank you, louis
