i think because this stupid ISP have a nat, than too many users are connected form the same ip.. and than this ISP is banned from many irc servers..

yeh basically, your ISP encourages abuse. You'll have to take it up with them :(

That said, the efnet page says your IP is NOT banned, so maybe you should take it up with mibbit.com also.

to my limited knowledge (Ircwars 10 years ago) all you need is a sock proxy set up in your irc client. I don know such, but ppl use it to make themselves funny hosts.

Yeh turu is right, a proxy of some sort should allow you to bypass this. I'm assuming you've already tried the web interface and a standalone IRC client? What did mibbit say about the erroneous RBL listing?

Yes i can chat too on work with the mibbit on this page. And i know for sure only port 80 is open to the outside world.

Is that something I need to install or do I just put the settings in to MIRC?
