audiomobster Posted September 28, 2017 Report Posted September 28, 2017 Hello there, is someone from Europe able to sell one or better two pair of these boards? Best regards Uli
latigid on Posted September 28, 2017 Report Posted September 28, 2017 I have some, please PM for details.
gohan2a Posted September 15, 2018 Report Posted September 15, 2018 hi, i want to send cv master clock, JCI port (mbhp line driver) are always planned?
latigid on Posted September 15, 2018 Report Posted September 15, 2018 I don't understand the question sorry. Gates and clocks go through the DOUT (SRIO) chain.
gohan2a Posted September 15, 2018 Report Posted September 15, 2018 I want to send cv clock at Midibox seq because some modular seq don't work perfectly when they receive clock and reset (slave), for live perf, it's important. Tanks for fast reply.
gohan2a Posted September 15, 2018 Report Posted September 15, 2018 Just now, gohan2a said: I want to send cv clock at Midibox seq because some modular seq don't work perfectly when they receive clock and reset (slave), for live perf, it's important. Tanks for fast reply. JCI port not used here (it's planned to use these lines for DIN Sync Clock and Start/Stop input in future)

Clocks and start/stop (i.e. "DIN sync") are sent over the DOUT shift registers. JCI is not used. Check in the CV config: Quote Clk: selects 1 of 8 clock outputs (available at a dedicated DOUT shift registered which has been configured with the CLK_SR parameter in the MBSEQ_HW.V4 file). Each clock has an individual clock divider, or can optionally be used to output a Start/Stop signal
latigid on Posted September 15, 2018 Report Posted September 15, 2018 Ah, you want clock input. Not currently supported in the SEQ I think, but I believe it was done in the CV app? You can ask in the general firmware updates thread.
strophlex Posted November 3, 2021 Report Posted November 3, 2021 Hello! I got back to the synth hoby after a decade long hietous. latigid on Posted November 4, 2021 Report Posted November 4, 2021 Hello and welcome back! We have Eurorack-format modules here (including a "Euroceiver" board):https://www.midiphy.com/en/shop/188/MIDIbox-Sequencer-v4+-Eurorack-Modules and the line drivers in question:https://www.midiphy.com/en/shop-details/0/10/linerx-pcb-https://www.midiphy.com/en/shop-details/0/9/linetx-pcb- Best regards, Andy
strophlex Posted November 4, 2021 Report Posted November 4, 2021 Wow! I missed all that new stuff! I build 5U with 15V (yusynth) so I miss out on all the nice euro-stuff. Now I will order those pcb! Thank you!
latigid on Posted November 5, 2021 Report Posted November 5, 2021 Welcome! The midiphy PCBs also have a standard IDC, so that means you can mount the PCB anywhere and use a ribbon cable to a breakout DB-25 anywhere on the case, if that suits better.
