ganchan Posted November 29, 2014 Report Posted November 29, 2014 I've finally made my first smd following the wilba guide.. after years of stop soldering.. i'm proud :) But how do you clean the no-clean paste flux in excess? G. 6
Altitude Posted November 29, 2014 Report Posted November 29, 2014 you dont. That's why its called no clean 1
kristal= Posted November 29, 2014 Report Posted November 29, 2014 Or toothbrush and propanol. Don't brush the teeth afterwards, you might destroy your gum. 1
Zam Posted November 30, 2014 Report Posted November 30, 2014 Same as Kristal, isopropyl alcohol is the way to go. Once I buy "special" flux cleaner, just melt the pcb varnish  best Zam
ganchan Posted December 1, 2014 Author Report Posted December 1, 2014 Altitude you're right, this seems like a nonsense, but when i use no-clean flux some time mixes with the solder fux that results in a little dirt around the pieces. I'll try with isopropyl alcohol, thankyou all.
