And send them to Poeleq, too. ;D
-
Nope. They just need that for high voltages (so for the velocity). If you have a changing pressure, the voltage changes, too, but in a veeery small amount (and only changes linear to the *variation* of that pressure - not directly linear to the pressure itself) . Really don't know if you can use that or even if its worth it... was just an idea ... :)

Sollte funzen, keine Garantie. Rechtsweg ausgeschlossen und Rechtschreibfehler gehoeren dem Finder... ;)

*schuldig bekenn* ;D @ benni: Bei Interesse auch mal hier vorbeischauen: www.tonepad.com

OK, all done. TK sent me some new code for MB64_LCD_16PotBars, which is also compatible to the old one (I have to admit, I would have *N E V E R* found a solution like that...). Works perfect now! In a few days (perhaps), I will send him the new code. Greets & THNX ! ;D

Hi there! Just wanted to mention, if nobody hasn't already... Can it be, that if a MIDI Time OUT occurs, the Midibox64 V2 firmware crashes (no more MIDI Out, no nothing)? Not to bad anyhow, just switching off and on and everythings fine again.

I already sent the converted .brd files to Poeleq (if I remember right). They're graphical files (.tif I think) and can be directly printed. As soon as they're up in the portal, you can download them there. Or you can make it on your own (a little tricky at the beginning): Open the .brd file with Eagle, export it as an image (hiding all not copper layers!!) and make it black/white (and deleting here and there). Not to hard, but quite some time. Greets. :)

OK, cool. I had those naked ones in my mind. If you use those buzzers, pulling out the piezo, it's also available @ Reichelt (here in Germany). ;D THNX!! Looking forward... Ideas: Aftertouch implementing (sending the velocity with the note on and after that aftertouch)? Would be cool...
-
Question: Where do you get those Piezos for a reasonable price? Would be absolutely interested, too, but cant find them.

Viel Glueck!

Stupid question by me: As you disconnected the pot14 you did pull it to ground, right? Otherwise it would just be an antenna... :P
-
OK, Thnx alot, I'll try that within the next days!
-
No, I didn't. Reason: I'm trying to adapt the display without changing the MB64_LCD. I'm trying to only modificate CS_M_DISPLAY. TK suggested me to do that for an easier implementation (a few things will change with the next release). I only want to change MB64_LCD if nothing else works...
-
Yeah, you're right. Got some point wrong there, sorry. But anyhow: Pretty the same wether parallel serial USB or whatever... ;)

Ahsooo, oki. Gruss pay_c

OMG!!! Me absolutely stupid !!! :-[ :-[ :-[ *beatingmyselfupandbowingbeforecaptaonhastings* And I thought I would understand MIOS at least just a *little* bit. Wrong... Worked! No idea why I didn't get that idea! Argh!!! So... it works, but the first pots in a row now always flash (they are assumed to be the actual pots). I also tried a little bit around, but as it seems I'll also never get the clue there, too. :-X How can I temporarily switch that flashing off? Just for that page?
-
I haven't tried yet, but I'm pretty sure that this wont work. Like I said: The Pots are not directly adressed and the 16POTBARS Function always uses the MB64_CURRENT_POT, so it would display the actual row four times (I think). Anyhow I'll try... everything ... ;D
-
Fader verwenden will. ... ;) Evtl scho mal bei Ebay geschaut? (Da gibts ja fast alles...)

Following: All MIDI ports are the same speed (no matter if USB or any other port). The LTC is a *special* port for MBHP which is a little faster (doesn't matter anyhow with those low bandwidths). A game port can only handle 1 In and 1 out (hardware issue). Latency means the time difference between the key being pressed and the computer knowing it has been pressed. With MIDI its pretty useless to go to the lowest latency, cause they're all pretty low (again because oh those low bandwidths). So it doesn't matter whether you use USB Firewire serial parallel game or any other ports - theyre all appr. the same speed. In and out LEDs: *Only* with power supply (either external or USB or whatever). Greets! :)

Hi there! Since TK will not be on until the 1st, I'm trying my luck here. (This goes especially to duggle - since he already programmed something like that). I want to display all 64 Pots of the MB64 on a 16x4 Display. Problem: MIOS only offers adresses of actual moved Pots (CURENT POT and LAST POTO and so on). And those are indirect adresses. So I have no chance to display the first pot row at the first line and so on. I already tried direct adressing and using other things, but I just dont get the clue... Any tip how I could do that? Just a hint??

(just write down your Greets here if you want to). ... fast, faster, light, !TK! Â Happy Xmas to you and manymany presents!! ... all (every single) MBer here ! Especially to those ones, who are having probs with their MBs in such a time (like me...). ... all 8580s out there. May your filters sweep forever. Greets!!
