  1. btw: Wenn wir grade beim Thema sind: Woher kriegt man für das USB-MIDI Int. den AN2131SC ? Und wieviel kostet der ungefähr?
  2. Just what u said: Back with lotta new stuff !! ;D
  3. Welcome back TK! 8) Coming back with a *BANG* ^^
  4. Thanks for the one word, gilles: shielded! Thats what I meant... ;D
  5. Just the *last* stupid question about those LC stuff: Whats that LC XT ? Extension? or Extended? If Extension: Also working with the Mackie Clone? Thanks again. Â :) /edit: Ok, just NOT the last question....... About the Motorfaders: As the touch-sensitive ones are kinda expensive: Is there a possibility to emulate such a touch-sensitivity? Meaning a button or kinda like that. What is the (e.g. ALPS) Fader sending to the core, if a touch is recorded? Is it just 5V or some pattern of bits or what? Hmmmm.... just not thinking this *WAS* the last question... ;D

    JDM problem

Sorry, aber: R O T F L ... Jau, das ist normal. Macht TK wegen Platzproblemen öfters mal.
  7. As long as you dont have an OS working on the chip ( MIOS ) it will do that, yes. Thats normal. As soon as you played MIOS on it (with the Sysex Sender), it will stop doing this. Then it will send this request only once and waits for two seconds. If nothing comes in this time, the application will be loaded.
  8. Really no idea. But as the DIN works with a 10k pullup resistor (from 0V to 5V) it should be pretty long. I would guess like 5m and more (and even much more if u use those "geschirmte" cables (german... those cables, where the ground cable surrounds the main one... whatever). *IF* you have problems you can lower the pullup to 4,7k or even 1k (also I would stick to 10k). But I dont think so. Just try it out and post it! ;D
  9. What would be the price of those P&Gs?
  10. Not touch sensitive?? Thats shitty. Can you somehow "upgrade" them?
  11. Hey there! Didnt see TK for some days on this forum... is he on holidays or so? Just wondering...
  12. Hi there! Since we from Germany just can get the ALPS faders for a dammit high price (bout 25 Eu /piece) and the Panasonic ones only with high shipping prices, here goes the question: Whats the big difference between ALPS and Panasonic Motorfaders? Is it just the price or is the quality of the ALPS ones really so much better?
  13. Achsooo... Nojo, wegen ALPS vs. Panasonic: Da hier anscheinend keiner so richtig Bescheid weiß, start ich mal n Thema im andern Forum.
  14. Hi again. I googled a little for these things. Here is whats up: As those digital caliper (german: "Messschieber"?) are still patented, its not easy to get the whole info. BUT: Its measuring the distance with a capacity ( ... whatever ...). I´ve got no idea *what* capacity, but I could imagine the capacity from the two metall pieces, which is then digitalized and linearised. ... or somehow ... :P again: whatever So, as its a capacity: No use for us... (or maybe???). However, building this for an MB would be ... ... crazy! (so I´m pretty sure somebody of you will try it out) ;D Greetz
  15. Peter? What Peter? Me? ???
  16. You know those guys who are always "drumming" on plates or whatever if music is somewhere played? I´m one of those nervers. ;D Never played a drum, but always bouncing whatever comes in my way to get some cool rythem outta it. So that problem with the conducitivity isnt to great for me, but I certainly do understand your point as a (pro?) drummer. :)
  17. No idea... but those things cost kinda money, so having 8 or so of them could come very expensive. PS: I got one, too. Lucky me. Cool little things!
  18. The count up is normal. The leds of the DOUTx4 should also play a certain pattern. Do they do that? After the count up the LCD sould normally switch to the display where the pot names and the values and so on are displayed. Very weird, really. For me it seems like a burning error. Try to reburn the PIC (perhaps even download the hexfile again). Does the 7805 get very hot? Also a possibility: Unplug all DINs DOUTs and AINs (you have to pull those to the ground, like described in the schematic!!). If its counting up and switching to the value display now, you know whats up. Hope I could help you, again: very weird!! :-/
  19. Right, thats all you gotta change.
  20. Yes, that piezo is ok, but that link from above isnt bad also. Just a metall plate and voila: touch sensor. Interesting, I´ll try that.
8 MF = 176 Eu + Versand + Mwst... boah ... Danke trotzdem!
  22. Thnx tilo. Youre right. Stupid me. Although I forgot to say that I wanted to built a Mackie Clone to control Cubase. But I think, the buttons are all the same, right? OK, thnx again.
  23. Its just not a debug, but SmashTV told me to put it here: For the MB LC: Can somebody tell me the usage of all those buttons? I mean those listed in the lc_io_table. The most are clear (like solo or so), but others are just hyrographical... e.g. whats that weird record ready? (the same for some of the LEDs) Would be perfect if somebody could make a small list or so... Also the question. As you put the LC to the MIDIs at your computer and tell Cubase (or similar) that there is an Logic Control, is everything done? Is there not more to do? AND: What is the big difference between Logic Control and Logic Control XT? And that Mackie Control? Not much, or is it? Very gratefull for your answers!
  24. Right on it! ;D ;D
  25. Hoi! Woher kriegt Ihr eure Motorfader? Hab mal geschaut, aber nix gefunden. schuricht nix, albs nix, reichelt sowieso nix ... :P
