  4. had to reduce the image sizes. here are the pictures...
  5. I started late 2008 on this mbfm project. Life, school and business took me away from my projects for a while. Finally have something to show now for it. Enjoy the pictures... Made the control panel design today and printed off a sample too, tomorrow painting the c64 case a gloss white to show off the black panel design. - Power supply used... Velleman p8042 - bi-polar adjustable 9v with a 5v circuit added on. - Control Surface printed on vinyl and laminated with Lexan & holes contour cut.
  6. just picked up this display for my SID-6582 last week, arrived today. i have a black panel but that might change, either way the LCD looks really good.
  7. I found this at my local electronics store for $19.95. Velleman Symmetric 1A Power Supply (K8042) 20-Watt Power Supply http://www.velleman.be/ot/en/product/view/?id=353668
  8. .: Vintage Roland Juno 106 Analog Synthesizer Synth :. Roland Juno 106 Vintage Synthesizer Larger and more pictures can be downloaded here ---> http://www.sendspace.com/file/316agk UP for auction is the classic Roland Juno 106 synthesizer. It’s in excellent working condition and sounds incredible without any issues whatsoever. Used in a smoke free studio. All voices have been tested and work perfectly. Cosmetically it is a 9.5 out of 10 . pitch bender is NOT broken, all sliders work perfectly and all buttons are intact. I am a electronic engineer and I’ve never had any problems with the voices with this synth. I have powered it on for 2 hours in diagnostic mode (held transpose key down while powering up) and pressed the poly 2 key so the display shows which voice is playing while pressing keys. All 6 voices work perfectly without any scratchiness or pitch issues. (A common issue you will be dissapointed with if they are bad with purchasing a cheaper juno 106) Included in the auction is the photocopied manual, original power cord and soft gig case. This unit will be packed professionally and sent out via ups. Please review my feedback record (100%!!!) and bid with confidence. Other Information can be found here... http://www.vintagesynth.com/roland/juno106.shtml *The JUNO-106 was the first MIDI equipped JUNO and its implementation is quite good. There are 16 MIDI channels available and MIDI SysEx data can be transmitted/received from all the sliders and buttons for total remote control and sequencing capability. *The JUNO-106 is a very common and widely used analog polysynth. It continues to be one of the most popular analog synths due to its great sound and easy programmability. Auction includes: * Roland Juno 106 o Polyphony - 6 voices o Oscillators - 1 DCO per voice: pulse, saw, and square o LFO - 1 with Rate and Delay o Filter - non-resonant high pass and resonant low pass (24 dB/oct) o VCA - ADSR, level and gate o Keyboard - 61 keys o Arpeg/Seq - None o Memory - 128 patches o Control - MIDI (In/Out/Thru) o Date Produced – 1984 * Photocopied manual * Original Power cord
  9. I made it out to Accelerate the afterparty Monday with Dan Bell. OMFG!!! TP is the man period. Just saw him about a month prior at a rave that went til 6am on his birthday at the Eastern Market Stacy rocks those 4 hour sets like no one else can. I really dug Half Hawaii, DBX live, Dubfire and Cobblestone Jazz Live at the festival.
  10. Off subject... but who did you enjoy at DEMF. I've been going since the first one and I had a lot of fun this year. Beatport tent was bumpn'.
  11. Same one used for the mb-sid its brand new still in the bubble wrap. I'll pay for shipping both ways (I am in US, consider that before you reply). From what I've dug up its a QY-2004A, 4x20 display... A Chinese clone, controller - tested and working. I'm on the up and up. If at all you had problems I would make sure you are compensated. If your interested PM me, Thanks.
  12. I think might have to buy a new soldering iron. All these cool projects I might have to use both hands just to keep up. Fantastic job guys! Keep up the great work all around.
  13. here's the time table.... i posted i wanted a kit on page 2, its page 17. ;D
  14. T H A N K Y O U S M A S H! I know what I'm doing tonight... ;D
  15. just stumbled on this cool project. i was thinking about a desktop something like this in my head after i saw the new features on the SEQ. v3 youtube vids. after the mb-6582 and mb-fm on the bench i'll give a SEQ. a shot. thumbs up!
  16. so i was wondering... i have a few other kits/parts that i'd like to order and make a 9090 seq to match my mb-808 a mb-fm & possibly more... will you work with me so to order everything i need at once and have it shipped along with a mb-6582 kit to avoid extra shipping fees. i live in the US btw. thanks...
  17. have you tired ableton live? i've used FL, reason, Cubase SX, ableton... ableton is the only thing i'll use now... its nice to use because you can switch between loop mode and regular tracked sequencer. live 7 works really well with outboard gear i've heard and you can route things very easily. assigning midi is very easy to use as well, click the midi map parameter button and turn the knob of what piece of gear you want to control and thats it.
  18. http://gizmodo.com/344442/beautiful-drum-sequencer-design-has-balls whoa, simple yet looks so fun.
  19. ;) keep me posted. does that incorporate a mb-seq as well? i don't have time to look for it but the new vids with the seq plus the external buttons all in one live rig would be primo.
  20. thanks again... arrived somewhat safe... the package was half opened and bubble wrap sticking out. they were still in there though! ;)
  21. just wondering if the bulk order is still open?
