Other than the patches that were in the install of the SID app, are there any other archives of MBSID patches?

I think we should have a sticky of a SID Patch Thread, where people can share patches or Banks.

I still plan on ripping a lot of patches from sid tunes, once i have the minimal control surface done.

Interesting :) are you going by the methods outlined by TK here, or do you have further tips and ideas on how to go about it?

I also found another interesting thread by TK here, but it seems that the links are dead? Both for the mp3 and the zipped random patches :(

The MP3 is now located here:

and the random patches are part of the MBSID V1 preset package.

MBSID V2 provides an integrated random generator which allows to do the same without the need for .syx uploads (-> RND menu)

After the control surface is finished, I will definitely be making patches and I will definitely be uploading them for others. I didn't know if anyone else was into swapping patches.

Yep, without TK's guide i wouldnt have known where to start, sid dump seems the easiest option.

Id love to be able to code a java based patch ripper, but i think its a bit above my skills!
