Hawkeye Posted July 15, 2012 Report Posted July 15, 2012 Hola ! Proudly presenting another track to spam the songs&sounds section ;-). This one uses a new patch that tries to focus on the more raw sound abilities of the 8580s, trying to emulate more classic C64 sounds. Also, the euclidian rhythm generator was used to generate the "snare track" - it is a great addon to the SEQ V4, an update to the newest firmware is highly recommended! Thanks for that feature, TK.! :sorcerer: Many greets and thanks for watching and listening ;-) Peter 3
jojjelito Posted July 15, 2012 Report Posted July 15, 2012 Cool, raw sounds! I like the piano accompaniment going wild in a few spots as well
m00dawg Posted July 16, 2012 Report Posted July 16, 2012 Always a treat, these are Hawkeye! Definitely dig the more classic sounds. I think the part around the 4:00 minute mark was my favorite. Has that nighttime something is about to go down in the city kinda vibe.
Hawkeye Posted July 16, 2012 Author Report Posted July 16, 2012 Hey, thanks for the kind comments :clover: Many greets! Peter
Schrabikus Posted July 16, 2012 Report Posted July 16, 2012 Great as usual! Is there 4.059 hex available? Yesterday i was playing with midipal's euclidian drums generator and thinking about connecting it with MBSEQ :)
Hawkeye Posted July 16, 2012 Author Report Posted July 16, 2012 Thanks, man! :) The .059 firmware is not yet available as .hex, but you could compile it from an updated subversion checkout - or wait until TK. releases it - reporting successful euclidian pattern generator testing here :) Bye, Peter
TK. Posted July 16, 2012 Report Posted July 16, 2012 Is there 4.059 hex available? It's released now: @Hawkeye: great work - as always! :) Best Regards, Thorsten.
RyuX Posted October 26, 2012 Report Posted October 26, 2012 Very nice !! One of my favourites so far :D You really know how to use your gear ! :frantics:
dtg84 Posted November 5, 2012 Report Posted November 5, 2012 I love that wet acid-style synth you had going on that came in at around the :20 mark.
