There are some differences in assembly and parts (9mm standoffs instead of 10mm since the front panel is 2.5mm thick). It still was an expensive case ($225) but when you figure the panel and back from front panel express will run you ~$150 plus the pactec case and shipping will be another $50, it doesnt really end up being that much more.
