hallo alle, sagt mal, braucht jemand von euch zufällig auch ein paar tempcos? weltronic bietet diese in deutschland an, und zwar zu preisen in folgender staffelung: bei abnahme von 50 stück: 3,13 pro stück, inkl. mwst 100 stück: 2,55 pro stück, inkl. mwst weniger als 50 lohnt nicht zu bestellen, da der stückpreis dann bei über 7 euro liegt, zumal noch versandkosten draufkommen. da kauft man die dinger günstiger bei senso (vintageplanet). also, wenn hier interesse besteht, bitte posten. ich würde dann bei ausreichender stückzahl eine sammelbestellung organisieren. gruß, tobias.

ha. midi-ox hat natürlich gezeigt, daß die adressierung stimmt. geht jetzt aber trotzdem, weil nämlich: die change-id-0x03 datei war zerschossen. warum auch immer. sei´s drum: project finished!!! ;D naja, muß noch 2 kaputte led´s tauschen. morgen. trotzdem: juchuu!!!

... tja, nach langem trödeln und zwischendurch noch anderen kram basteln ist meine 4xsid box jetzt eigentlich fertig. fast. einen stein hat sie mir noch in den weg gelegt: das dritte slave-modul (id 0x03) wird nicht angesprochen!!! ??? ich habe alle module (sprich sids, cores, etc) getestet: funktionieren. ich habe auf jeden pic die richtige applikation geladen und auch die id´s richtig verteilt (master: id 0x00, setup_6581, slave 1: id 0x01, setup_6581_without_cs etc...) verkabelung ist auch korrekt und funktioniert. und sid 1-3 machen auch brav, was sie sollen. nur aus sid 4 kommt kein mucks. wenn ich slave pic mit der id 0x03 die id 0x02 gebe, wird er angesprochen, ebenso wie die eigentliche id 0x02 und somit kommt auch sound aus allen 4 sids. dh also, daß der master pic nur id 0x01 und id 0x02 ansteuert, oder sehe ich das falsch? und wenn dem so ist:hat jemand von euch sowas schon mal gehabt und könnte mir vielleicht einen tip geben? oder hat sonst jemand wenigstens einen hinweis? ich steh gerade ziemlich auf dem schlauch... ich bin über jeden noch so kleinen hinweis dankbar... tobias

hey, stryd is right if you need a very powerful and lightweight headphone for djing. there is NO better choice than sennheiser hd25, really. but when it comes to audio editing and mixdown and stuff, i prefer the akg like mte. the sennheiser is not intended for reference monitoring, but the k271 is. it´s very linear and a good choice when you can´t or for some reason don´t want to use monitor speakers. and it´s quite cheap. only minus: when you wear it for a long time, it´s not that convenient, at least for my headshape ;D another bonus is that it turns itself off when you lay it down. just my two cents... greetings, tobias.

about the power supply issue: personally i don´t like using the c64 psu - i built my first mbsid with mains power, using a meanwell rd-35a (+5/+12v switching psu - and yes, it works without any interference - no problems with that! - and yes, there will be pictures and soundsamples soon... ;D), because i really don´t want to carry 20 different external psu´s for all the drummachines, fx´s etc... others may like to use the c64 psu, so there should be a universal solution. i think you mustn´t change the power supply lines onboard, because one can connect either the c64 psu using regulators or just connect a psu that delivers the right voltages already. what would be cool is if it is possibly to bypass the onboard power switch if one wants to use a mains power switch... i hope you can understand what i mean as my english is not good enough to explain technical stuff ::) i´m really looking forward to this great piece of work. btw, i asked my buddy about the pcb and he wants one, too. so it´s definitly 3 i want. best wishes, tobias.

joooo, also: haptisch sind die potis erstklassig, allerdings sind die schäfte etwas kurz... das könnte bei manchen projekten ein problem werden... (bezieht sich auf rk11)... aber hey, für 95 cent ein gutes poti, da will ich mal nicht meckern ;)

ja,coole sache. allerdings hatten die erstmal lieferschwierigkeiten - habe vor 3 wochen vor lauter freude gleich mal einen sack alps-potis bestellt... am samstag sind se gekommen... heute werde ich die dinger mal testen... so long...

i´m going for the ori.org schem, but i´ll build it on breadboard first, then on perfboard... when it is<working like it should, i´ll maybe go for a etched pcb... about the cem... pm...

funny, i wanted to have a closer look at the cem3394 later this year, as 6 of them are sitting in my shelf ;D but ok, when you put it on schedule now... when i bought them i thought of 2-chip modules, for nice 2 oscillator sounds, with external modules for envelopes and lfo - or a 6-voice synth... 8) well, i think i´ll go for the 2-osci modules, as i plan to build several other filter and fx modules. i guess i´ll give the cem a try next week. best wishes, tobias.

hi, i just had a short look at your last post, so i can´t give you answers, BUT: i realized that you said you will supply the 8580 with 12vdc. please DON´T do that. it needs 9vdc. best wishes, tobias.

i just recognized that doepfer has a odule called a-109 vc signal processor - that´s it for the 3379! cool. maye someone has a schematic for this? they also have the module a-105 with the 2044... i wonder why i didn´t find these earlier...

hey stryd, by several i meant for both, the cem and the ssm. for the ssm i only found this one besides the original schematic: http://www.modular.fonik.de/files/SSM2044.pdf (i think it´s good because he substituted the ca3080 used in many circuits with a tl084) my needs: ssm: voltage control for cutoff, resonance manual control of cutoff, resonance and in- and output gain 2 mixable audio inputs with volume control audio out cem3378: 2 audio ins, volume control and mix vc for cutoff, resonance and vca audio out with volume control all of the mentioned also as manual control cem3379: same as above, but with a voltage controlled output panner (also manually controllable. as there are not too many schems around i´m afraid i have to design my own filters.. well, i have to learn more about analog filter circuits, but if someone already did something similar i won´t be shy to use it. ;D but i am willing to do research on my own, but there´s so little time... well, maybe someone can give me a hint where to find some schems, if not i´ll try myself ans post the results...

threadnapping alert!!! doeas anyone have known-good schematics for both of those cem´s? i mean with full cv-control and manual control ability, with common power supply lines (not doepfer or motm or dotcom or whatever system...). also i´m on the search for the same for the ssm2044. there are several schems out there, but i found none which fits my needs... thank you, tobias.

also, ich muß an dieser stelle mal michael (pcb-mike) loben. ein päckchen, daß ich bei ihm bestellt hatte, ist von gls verschlampt worden, und wem schon mal ein paket auf dem versandweg abhanden gekommen ist, der weiß ja, was für ein höllenstreß das ist, dieses ersetzt zu bekommen. und: das blieb natürlich an michael hängen, der sich mit gls auseinandersetzten mußte, und auch von mir dauernd per email "belästigt" wurde. aber er hat sich wirklich phänomenal um die angelegenheit gekümmert. hut ab und dickes lob. hände weg von gls. tobias

computer sind doof!!! ;) ich benutze so ein ding nur für recording und (manchmal) für editing, der rest wird mit mit synths, drumboxen und sequencern gemacht... ansonsten: besorg dir nen gebrauchten g5, sollte jetzt nach einführung des intel mac ja bezahlbar sein... t.

nun, nach der fetten weihnachtsgans hat man ja auch keine andere wahl: ein bis viele verdauungsschnäpse müssen her!!! oh weh, mir is auch noch ganz schlecht... :P ach, die frage: berlin is where i lay myself down to sleep.
