  1. Altitude, FWIW - I have the very same problem with my SEQ. I gave up trying to fix it. What ever is wrong is over my head. If you do figure it out, please share the results.
  2. Wow!! Nice looking build. Gotta love the "arrest me red" paint job, i love it. Congrats!!
  3. Mine arrived here in the USA today safe and sound. Thanks a bunch Phunk!! It is much appreciated.
  4. My newly built SEQ v4 has an annoying problem. All 5 of the LEDs above the transport controls stay lit constantly regardless of play, pause, stop, etc... I have taken the unit back apart and examined the core, the cabling and the control surface with a microscope and see nothing wrong. I apologize if i am being thick here, but i just don't see any reason for this behavior. Is this most likely a build/hardware issue or software issue (running V.4.Beta24 3.5.65) A search here and at uCApps turned up nothing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!
  5. Thanks much. Your efforts are much appreciated!
  6. what are the dimensions of the front panel? Thanks!
  7. Greetings MIDIBoxers, I came to this community just over two years ago after I stumbled across a vid that TK made of the V3 SEQ. After watching that video I set out to find out more about this MIDIBox thing and to possibly build one. I started out buy scouring uCApps for hours and reading everything in site, I decided to build a MIDIBox MON with MTC display to learn the basics of bringing a MIDIBox project to life. This proved to be the perfect project to learn the MBHP with. Not to big - not to small - just right. Then I started on the SEQ. I managed to get one of the last ULTRA PCBs and build it, and then TK launched the V4 SEQ with the 32 bit core. So I switched horses to that platform. A wilba UI PCB here, a TK enclosure there, a Julian top panel and pretty soon I had everything I needed to complete the project. I have uploaded a few pics to my gallery to show the results. The main purpose of this post is to thank the MIDIBox community for your support and making this possible. TK, nILS, wilba, ultra, Altitude, Julian in the UK, and all of the rest of you have all been very supportive in my journey. You guys rock, every one of you! Now the fun begins, I get to start using this thing... Thank you one and all, gtxdude

  9. Chuck, I sent you a PM. I would be interested in it "as is". Have you decided on an asking price?
  10. Altitude, Bump #2 on the 4 X IIC PCB's for the SEQ. Any closer? Many thanks, gtxdude
  11. You can put me down for 30 red/black and 30 transparent/black... Thanks!
  12. Altitude, Are there any plans to make a few of the 4 X IIC PCB's for the SEQ? If not, could you make the design file available so that i could have one made for myself? Many thanks!
  13. Julian, your work is fantastic (as usual). You can put me down for the first one. (Flat black, White inlay)
  14. if you are, i'll take one!
  15. Julian, per your PM last night: i'll take one. flat black w/green lettering. Thanks a bunch! gtxdude
  16. strdy, your troubleshooting instincts are spot on. i had two problems: the common anode wiring on J4 was jacked up and i had a rotten solder joint on J1 (on the doutX4). after those problems were sorted it started working just fine. i have included a pic of my near completed build. now i need to mount this stuff in the enclosure... i'll upload a pic or two when its done. thanks strdy!
