No hurry. Thanks again for the time spent on this. We will keep on being patient. Maybe Waldorf decided to relaunch a MicroQ Really Final Edition for next MusikMesse

I would also be interested in 100 original transparent type knobs ...

Some elements I grab for a MIDIBOX Based keyboard project ... My project was to use these for a MIDIBOX based ASX project but I decided to go another direction because I bought a Prodyssey ASB. OK the reverse connection won't hurt ... I was thinking about the other connector for midi actually
-
I was talking about the mating connector, the one you have to plug in the board. The type of connector Maniac found doesn't have any mechanical part to prevent the reverse connexion. Just a thought ...
-
You should just be really carefull when pluging it as there is nothing to prvent you from reverting the connector and connect it reverse !!! If you think it can help, I could open my Plugiator to check if I can guess waht connector model it is or take picture of it ... Just ask.

Really nice one ... indeed -
Just while going on thinking about this project, I just noticed the Feeltune Rhizome which could also be of any inspiration in term of design concept.
-
Still thinking about the way to design something usefull. Grab an access Virus A meanwhile to see if there is another way to handle easy sound-design ... and spent much time on it. Any other ideas/suggestions ?

I just meant it may lower the amount of hardware work for me rather than integrating the Core32 I could "just" re-use the original MCU insteadand concentrate on packaging the whole stuff the way I would like it to be and gain control to had the extra feature I would need ...
-
This would be just great. I once thought about using some of the BCR PCB and connect them to the Core32 to build up something. This would be a cool workaround ...

So here is a new update for my reflexion about this ASX host: the screen should then be a quater VGA 2.8' TFT LCD with 4 rotary encoders above and 4 below for context dependant use. The 4 below being expandable to the 16 in a row at the bottom of the interface. Here is a picture about it:
