julienvoirin Posted March 25, 2008 Report Posted March 25, 2008 i like it a lot ! sounds like The Postal Service Quote

boops Posted April 17, 2008 Report Posted April 17, 2008 good inspiration...the mix beetween electro and acoustic...really!!! ;) Quote
nebula Posted April 18, 2008 Report Posted April 18, 2008 Probably the best random act I've ever clicked on. Really great stuff. Quote
bugfight Posted April 18, 2008 Report Posted April 18, 2008 hey this is good stuff, almost missed it somehow...reminds me of mommyheads.interesting use of the sid for sure! Quote
Snoozr Posted May 8, 2008 Report Posted May 8, 2008 Nice! Very distinctive and well done ;) Good songs, good production - you guys are going to do well. The guitar at the end of 'I Fell Off My Name' has a little bit of that New Order bassline feel (Logos too). I was always a sucker for those cool basslines. Quote
Kartoshka Posted May 16, 2008 Report Posted May 16, 2008 today i caught myself on unconscious singing your polaroid solution.... it was really surprising for myself when i realised that; so i thought i'll let you know about :-*thanks for great mood Quote
fadedpaper Posted June 8, 2008 Author Report Posted June 8, 2008 Thanks guys! Glad you're liking it. Our first album "Dynamo" will be released in a couple weeks. 12 songs total, and we're extremely happy with the way it all turned-out! Help us spread the word. -Kael Quote
Davo Posted June 8, 2008 Report Posted June 8, 2008 Nifty! Count me as one of those who'll be buying your CD. I like the way that the MBSID plays a more mellow role than in most of the other examples I've seen posted here. How about a pic or two or three of your MB equipment? Quote
Sasha Posted June 9, 2008 Report Posted June 9, 2008 That music is so sweet. Very much like Postal Service. :) Let us know when album is out. Will it be downloadable too? Quote
286 Posted October 20, 2008 Report Posted October 20, 2008 I know this hasn't been posted in for a long time. But I just discovered this thread and I just have to say that this was absolutely one of the best sounding bands I've heard in a long time.Awesome! Quote
m00dawg Posted February 1, 2009 Report Posted February 1, 2009 !!! This stuff is awesome! You guys should be proud of this! I hope you guys are planning on doing a show down in Texas at some point!@286:I randomly searched, and the album is on iTunes. Looks like you can grab the CD itself from CD Baby as well (and wow looks like you can grab 320kbps MP3s from there too!) Quote
m00dawg Posted May 18, 2010 Report Posted May 18, 2010 Faded Paper Figures just dropped a new album on CDBaby: http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/fadedpaperfigures3 Still listening to it but it's a great follow-up to their first. Unless my ears deceive me, this album has even more hot SID action, complete with crazy arps, w00t! Quote
