Baaaahahahahhhhahahahahahahhaahaha! Yeh smash did you need this thread any more or is it OK if it transforms into joke-fest '06?
-
I've got 8 16F88's and a JDM here, I wouldn't mind knowing about this myself :) Anyone know?
-
Thats right.

I think some of it is fantastic! So long as it is not trying to be american :) Aussie hiphop is like that too - when it's not trying to be american (with fake american accents and everything! argh!) it can be really good... Have you heard any stuff on Big Dada? That used to be a good label, probably still is... And nobody can touch "La Haine", probably one of the best hiphop films ever :) -
It's probably whatever synth you're using. If it is not smooth with the pitch wheel, but is fine with a normal knob, then it may be that the synth is expecting a 7 bit value. Pitchmod isn't really a synthesis parameter, so much as a realtime modulation source. The synthesis paramaters for pitch should be set at the oscillator tuning. That way, your sound is correct first, and then you can bend the pitch wheel, and it always snaps back to your desired sound when you let go.

Enough for a shiny new Mercedes Benz SLK 500 would be nice ;)

Geez, your english is good, I had no idea it wasn't your first language :) Well anyway I'm glad you put a stop to this thread. Thanks man :)

Electronics people, how would I do this?...

Tis a good idea though :) -
I beleive so, however it would have to be isolated from ground of course, and not too big....

That does make things harder, but at least your time on the net is not limited. The most important info is text, so you'll be able to get that :) You should use the search engine of the forum to find information specific to your needs, it will save you reading unnecessary info. For example, there was a recent thread about pots vs encoders, you should check it out :)

No hard feelings at all here :) I am sure that not a single word was said in this thread, that was said with malicious intent. That was another good example of a Friggin Big Ass Post smash ;)

For Windows or Linux I came across this much simpler calc: http://www.muquit.com/muquit/software/mbasecalc/mbasecalc.html#download But there may be better stuff for linux... For Windows I found this awesome calculator, pmaCalc : http://www.pmasoft.net/download.htm It's free for private use and does pretty much everything I could think of and then some. Oh, and there's a German version, which could be handy for a few people around here ;) I really recommend you try it out, I was quite impressed.

I'm sorry to hear you have limited internet use, I'm sure that makes this a bit difficult. You will probably be happy to hear that I am working on an offline copy of the ucapps.de site, which I will make available for download as a bit torrent file. This might be some time away though, so I'm not sure what you could do in the meantime. If you don't mind my asking, whay is it that your internet access is limited? Perhaps we can find another way...

Hi Sebo welcome aboard :) I'm not much of an expert on these things at all, but I thought I should let you know that I've heard that regulators in series introduce noise, so those ideas won't work so great :(
-
If you really need to know everything, grab the source code and the datasheets and figure it out :) This way takes a long time, but there are no mistakes :)
-
It's a screencap from "PACMAN IIX - Prison Break" ;)

All removed. Sorry Roger.... I don't think I said anything that hasn't been said on the forums before, so I don't think that I was breaching Smash's privacy - I would never do that intentionally, as I'm sure you know.... but I do understand what you're saying, so I've removed all that stuff. It's not that important anyway :) As for whether I think he is businessman enough, that's completely the opposite of what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the fact that he is a nice enough guy, aside from his business, that I know he would like to help everyone out if it were possible, and so I think that he is likely to sacrifice is own time to help people out, rather than turn them down.... I'm not insulting his business capabilities, far from it, I am complementing his personal nature. but dude, don't misquote me, I freakin hate that. I didn't say two of the three things you just put in quotes. I said something similar to each of the misquotes, but not the same. I didn't say he -can't- say no, I said he might feel uncomfortable saying no. I didn't say he -can't- spend enough time with his wife, I said that asking him to do this thing was also asking him to take time away from his wife. Both of these things are absolutely true. In future, I'll wait for smash to ask me to, before I act like his store's bodyguard ;) And Smash if I have offended you I sincerely apologise. I hope that you can understand that I'm just trying to look out for a mate. It's an Aussie thing, where I live, it's considered a compliment, something that friends do for one another - but apparently that is not always the case, and I apologise if my ignorance of international culture has made me seem overprotective.

Yeh sorry but that is unacceptable :( a sad story indeed. It's a shame that m never found a way to express himself without resorting to anger :(
-
cheers :)

are you sure you want to use pots for cutoff and not encoders? You may want to read this entry in the FAQ

That's awesome. There's gotta be something like that for winblows. I have a mission ;) Edit: Results 1 - 100 of about 3,220,000 for programmers calculator Yeh. I think that's one for tomorrow ;)
