Could anyone using the panasonic reply about their operation. Also are you using a button for touchsensitivity or using a software override function. thanks for any comments. Jerod

  6. I guess no one has made any progress on the HUI protocol. I am out of luck with building a Midibox LC to use with protools. :'(. Guewss I will have to build one for Cubase and hope that eventually the HUI protocol is discovered. Thorston thanks for the great work. I already have on MB up and running for Native instruments B4. But I think I'm gonna sacrifice it to build the LC.
  7. Gee, Thanks Thorston, guess I better get ready to order my parts from smashTV. Jerod
  8. Would latency be a problem if I wanted to use all 122 in puts for keys? the other 6 for buttons functions and about 26 analog ins. If so give me the worst case scenerio. Thinking about building a dual manual controller for Native instruments B4 emulation. I'm gonna also try and incorporate the computer into the system some kind of way. Jerod
  9. TK would the ccircuit have to be modified to handle multiple keys being pressed? I would like to convert an old hammond organ to midi using the midio128. Please let me know. Jerod
  10. Yes I have built it. It was my first MIDIbox project. I used nine faders and 8 buttons in a crude enclosure, which I will upgrade later, I have been distracted from my midibox work by my newborn baby girl.
  11. Thne problem with this is getting a hold of the HUI protocol. It can be done through MIOS if we can get the protocol. I would also like to see the HUI realized.
  12. Rowan, if you have a friend at Mackie see if you can get at the HUI Protocol. That way MB can be pro tools friendly.
  13. Does this version require the full control surface, or can the MB tiny control be used like before?
  14. has anyone wired a pot to the SID audio outs to control volume. If not how have anyone tackled the volume issue. Any ideas? Or will a simple audio taper pot work. ??? ??? ???

  19. I have built a core on vectorboard a while back. Since I have it I don't want it to go to waste. But the problem is the PIC is not running. I know that it is not the pic because I can put it in my working core and it works. What are the minimum connections for the PIC to run? I was thinking it would be Pins 1, 11, 12, 13, 14,31 and 32. Anyone correct me if I am wrong.
