hi it may be that in MIOSStudio you have to address the PIC with the proper header, in your case set the "Device ID" to "0" and change accordingly if your changing the header again Simone EDIT: also remember that using the device_id_xx.hex files that you can find in the changee_id folder after unpacking will set the lcd flag to 0 = clcd

hi this is MB6582 related but it could be probably moved to the SID forum, mods will tell After changing the PIC header to use the custom driver for lcd (i use a 8 bit lcd) and uploading the new rc20 to all the pics i get some garbage messages on my lcd it is something like: 0oo//?///?_00 etc etc any idea? i had the same thought but if there is a voltage drop that would affect the whole box, wouldn it ? and, now that we get to this point: are you suppplying the pots with the same rail as you use for the CORE and AINs? if you would use different supplies for pots/AINs/CORE and having random voltage drops that could explain your issues. hola Pablo no need for scaling!! you are having some kind of AIN issue, fight the problem at the root. To start with, measure the voltage at the right and left pin of the affected pot, check that the pots are OK ranging from 0 to 10KR, check the solder joints on the pots and use good cables to connect them (sometime shielded cables may be a better choice) Simone

eh, es Bonnie que esta en Berlin sacando temas entre un after y otro. N hay forma (para mi deade aqui) de saber si el BSL esta corectamente cargado pero parece que lo hayas hecho bien. Pasamos a comprobar la parte del power supply: 1- como alimentas el core? 2- comproba que en la patita derecha del 7805 hayan 5 voltios 3- en la pagina del CORE te explican donde tienes que comprobar que hayan 5 voltios en varias patitas del socalo (si lo hiciste ya haz-lo otra vez ;) Por el momento pasa del modulo LTC y conecta la salida MIDI OUT del CORE al ordenador para monitorear, o utiliza el led Por cierto de donde viene la PCB ? http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cortocircuito Suerte con el debugging, pero sal del laboratorio ante de empezar cualquiera viaje lisergico
