  1. Using RC33 & mios 1.9g (was with RC31 I used before, also), bug in the knobs-menu. If Pa1 & Pa2 = 0, no problems while adjusting min/max value of the knob. If Pa1 or Pa2 is anything but 0, then Pa1 takes the value of min/max when they are adjusted. Changing the value of Pa2 gives the Pa1 the same value, so you need to correct the Pa1 afterwards.
  2. Retrieved mine from the customs few days earlier. Thank you very much! :)
  3. Have to say this, definetely agree with Twin-X on the Reborn, love those leads 8)
  4. Painfully transcripted with added typos from Vandalism News #50 (http://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=52467) (You need to switch to disk #2 after you've selected the article in question, no prompt to do so at least with emulator...) Discussion about PWM and samples that were referred at the beginning of the article: http://www.ffd2.com/fridge/chacking/c=hacking20.txt "The C64 Digi" http://www.ffd2.com/fridge/chacking/c=hacking21.txt "Pulse Width Modulation, continued" So... any input on the "fragments of SID waveforms for creating more complex waveforms" part?
  5. Received couple days ago, they look great, thank you very much!
  6. Yeah, I too was expecting a bit more after hearing the wavecomposer... I guess the routine isn't fast enough to be useful. Buy you a beer? :D Anyways, I'm more into experimental music than other, so any weird sounds are welcome, if they happen to sound musical/harmonic, then it's just a bonus :) http://ftp.giga.or.at/pub/c64/library/sidnoise.txt Original Asger Alstrup's comments on the mixed waveforms Or Phaser ;) http://noname.c64.org/csdb/forums/?roomid=14&topicid=67151

  8. Is this the reason why there is no option to combine noise with other waveforms? Not enough room for the code? Technical/time limitation? Would clutter the UI as it would rarely be used? Does the wavetable feature make this obsolete? Is there any other songs that use combined waveforms (with noise) extensively? :(
  9. Received. Thank you very much Ultra :) !
  10. Haha, excellent :D Love the "raw originality" in early works :)
  11. I'll start with mine. Made with Techno eJay (?) or something, one night while intoxicated. Was practicing with the build-in "synthetizer" it had, also included some samples outside. Enjoy ;) Edit: link fixed for third time
  12. Any news on this one? 8)
  13. Absolutely not, I should've checked it better myself. They weren't that expensive and I'll might end up using them on something else. :)
  14. The ones I got were from http://myworld.ebay.com/goldenopportunities1/ "WE have more of these so please contact us if you wish to purchase more at your winning bid price."
  15. No not from Netherlands (I wish!), but Finland. Peake kindly pointed me to sale of 100 pcs of 13mm tapered switches that quite likely fits the CS-board. So I'm good for now, at least until they arrive...
  16. 5e sounds still a very good price. I could also send the 3 PCB's I got from earlier order as I'm going for the 5x5 :P Just PM me for address. And I could pay a margin from the earlier GM5's. Maybe add it on top of the 2 more I'll be getting.
  17. 150 euros. Add on top of that postage (last time 50e!) and taxes = my last order was 230e. I don't have use for ~1250 pcs, in that case I could order the 1000 pcs minimum that most who are selling ALPS require. I do plan to order from Reichelt someday again, but that won't happen anytime soon.
  18. Can't order from Reichelt due to the minimal order. I can find plenty of 6mm x 6mm switches, couple that are h=13mm but they don't narrow upwards like they are supposed to. There's one sale on eBay but they don't provide datasheet, only a fuzzy picture, and the quality is always a '?' mark. There's an old folk's saying that "poor guy can't afford to buy anything cheap" ;)
  19. ...the "SKHHDTA010" part that goes with MB-6582 CS PCB. Looking to have 50-200 pcs, depending on the price. Alternatively, if you can forward me to any EU-based reseller I'd be very happy.
  20. Aah, nevermind then 8)
  21. I'd be interested, I have: CSG 8580R5 3789 25 CSG 8580R5 0590 25 but NO means to test those two yet! (I lack working PSU). Could take a week, or several before I get a new one. Maybe I send both to you and you ship the other one back with the 6581's? I also have spare 6582A's (Wilba tested), which should function same way with your 8580R5. Or we could change 2x 6582A's for that working 8580R5 + 2x6581's? Let me know what you think.
  22. I was also in for a one, shipped with SSM2044 as we talked about in chat :)
  23. I'd be in for four or so.
