  1. LOL! Awwww. For people having trouble, it worked in IE for me, but not in firefox. Youtube is acting a bit ghey today.
  2. Also, do ye have plans to have a stand alone version? BAsically without the Keyboard?
  3. Great idea lads, its a pretty funky looking Synth keyboard! Off topic alert! I know what you mean. Having the filter control on left hand side of the MB6582 is going to annoy the shit out of me think! I'd feel more comfortable with it on the right for some reason. Maybe i'd get over it though.
  4. Yep!!! And i cant wait for the day when i play Sids direct from my MBSID thats in construction too! ;D
  5. And heres it's sister site: Stone Oakvalley's Amiga Music Collection (SOAMC=) Could someone please recommend Amiga tunes to download? I never had an Amiga so ive sort of lost out.
  6. Stone Oakyvalley's Authentic SID Collection (SOASC)..... is an "automated Commodore 64 SID music to MP3 preservation project based on the High Voltage SID Collection (HVSC)" He has recorded 48,483 Sid tunes, using 3 different Sid Chips per tune: 6581 R2, 6581 R4 & 8580 R5 Thats a total of 145,449 MP3's which are available for download direct from his site!!! He also has the .Sid files available for download, and bandwidth will be increased the end of this month, so faster speeds will be on the way. http://ie.youtube.com/watch?v=H7V2piLBjj8 Heres detailed info on how he did this: http://www.6581-8580.com/soasc_how.htm This is a great way for people to listen to the differences between the 3 Sid Chips, and can help Midiboxers choose which chip they might prefer. NOW ISNT THAT FRIGGIN AWESOME! ;D
  7. Thanks for that man, seriously. The Pop up for PM's must be disabled by default. Youre actually the first person to pm me (yay a new friend! :P) Without that popup its hard to notice really, unless youre expecting a pm and constantly checking for a [1] next to: My Messages. Sorry for the confusion. And no need to say i didnt need to say sorry this time round lol! ;)
  8. Just to double check, does this include the people in the "these people might not get any chips" list? I doubt the people on that list, have to re-add their names to the new Waiting list? For the sake of paranoia, ive put my name down again anyway! Will remove it as soon as im certain. ;)
  9. Era, if i read the post properly i wouldnt have to do ask that question! :P :P And i only did it out of a mark of respect, because i deeply appreciate everything yourself, TK, and Smash do. And any other helpful peeps in the Community.
  10. Utter stupidity on my part! I appear to have missed this: And interpreted this as DO NOT SEND ANY EMAILS!!! Deeply sorry about this, email sent. ;)
  11. i've an honest question! Should we mention if we are interested in a Base PCB on this thread as well as the parts kit? I've noticed a lot of people doing it. And also, would it be easier if we had a Wiki for the pre-order? To make it easy to see whos ordering. Of course it would mean transferring peoples pre-orders in this thread, to the wiki, putting the earliest users who posted at the top.
  12. Short answer: wait. Wilba will notify us on this thread when he has sent out the Invvoices. He usual does anyway, so i doubt he forgot. ;)
  13. D'oh! Cant believe i missed this order. Wilba im going to have to use an RSS feed for your posts or something! Im convinced your using a time machine now! EDIT: Added my name to th ebottom, forgot i could do that!
  14. pffft.
  15. Count yourself lucky he didnt fuck you out of it tbh! I dont think i could of kept my cool like that if i was in his situation. Theres no excuse for ignorance!
  16. i suppose ye engineers must be sick to death of green PCB's at this stage! I dont know why, but i think the green and pcb along with the black case and blue control components just looks sexy!

Jesus that was very fucking nice of him/her wasnt it? The man was almost electrocuted, and was told to get the fuck up as if nothing happened. Theres a lot of ignorant souls in the world! 8)

This happened me, i was fixing a dialup connection in my attic and had no strippers, so i used my teeth. i was lying flat on my stomach underneath a desk, and i bit the green wire. As i did this the red wire moved and touched me on the cheek i think. Next thing i know, there was a blue flash, and i was standing up perfectly straight after lying on the flat on the floor! ;D Seriously, how my body managed to jump back like that without hitting my head off the desk, i do not know. ??? One of the cool things is that the every person has a different resistance in their bodies. There are some, if not few people that could handle a mains wire, (240V) and not get shock.
  22. I love a fast shift myself. ;) But id prefer shift-slow when t comes to the midibox. :P
  23. Thats a pretty modest part list for the upgrade in all fairness! TK....... YOU DA MAN!!!

Im no expert, but isnt it the amount of current which will kill you and not the voltage? ;) I know current is dependent on voltage, but isnt amount of current is what you should be most careful about?
  25. YorderKnight, a simple answer to your question.... You need to turn down the buffer in the audio options of fruity loops. If you turn this down too low, the sound may become distorted/weird. Id also recommend using Asio4all in your case, seen as youre using an integrated sound card.
