  4. Because it got lost in the server crash: Heidenreich announced the delivery this week (calendar week 45). It was originally announced for calendar week 43, but Heidenreich couldn't meet the delivery date. Will keep you guys updated.
  5. K-rAd, I've added you to the Wiki list. Could you please PM me your Paypal address, so I can send you an invoice once we've reached the 10th case/subscriber? Thanks!
  6. No, you don't harass my bulk order, but not everybody who builds a SEQ4 buys a Heidenreich case. So if you want a broader attention, just post it in the fleamarket.
  7. @coffee: I'd post this in the Fleamarket section, I think it will stay rather unnoticed here.
  8. Nice coloring, this one needs white LCDs and a white data knob.
  9. There's a 3rd batch for the Heidenreich SEQ4 case. Sign up here if you like: http://www.midibox.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=seq4_aluminium_case_and_frontpanel_2014

:) It's 2 kgs of aluminum massiveness. Drop that on a Ponoko acylic case and the Ponoko case gets crushed. Drop a Ponoko case on a Heidenreich case and you may (!) scratch the surface.

  10. I will receive the cases October 20. - 24.
  11. Contacted Heidenreich today, 4-5 weeks manufacturing time confirmed. Still waiting for 2 payments tho - they are on their way, PP troubles - so actual order will be sent tomorrow morning 9:00. done.
  12. Received most of the payments for batch #2. Thanks for your quick payment!
  13. I guess I can get them as spare parts. I'll ask for the price in a few days and let you know.
  14. You mean profiles with no side & bottom panels? Or profiles with side & bottom panels sans back & front panel?
  15. Hi zephyrin, Switzerland isn't in the EU, so DHL charges 28,99 € for shipping (Hermes 31,99 €, GLS & DPD don't ship to CH, so no alternative). Also PayPal wants an exchange fee for SF -> EUR. Please find the total amount on the wiki page. . @all who are interested in a SEQ4 case: Last chance to hop on the bulk. Might be the last for 2014: http://www.midibox.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=seq4_aluminium_case_and_frontpanel_2014
  16. http://www.gls-info.nl/info/PricesEU Ah... GLS sez: Uw pakket is standaard tot maximaal € 500,- verzekerd
  17. http://www.ebay.de/itm/Midibox-SID-V2-MB6582-MB-6852-/261581127994 32EUR shipping within the EU? Should be 15-17 EUR... maybe use GLS Netherlands?
  18. http://www.jaycar.com.au/productView.asp?ID=MP3312&CATID=83&form=CAT2&SUBCATID=1000#12 http://www.electusdistribution.com.au/productView.asp?ID=11898&CATID=27&keywords=&SPECIAL=&form=CAT&SUBCATID=166 looks like it has an AS/NZS 3112 harmonised Australian and New Zealand AC Socket (Type I) supports input voltage: 100 - 240 VAC (New Zealand's nominal voltage is 230 VAC) provided output: 12VDC, 1A and is regulated has plenty of different plugs, there's certainly a fitting 5.5/2.1mm plug (aka coaxial power connector) included. Like C_04, I assume you require a standardized 2.1mm power connector, since the manual lists a "DC Power Jacks PCB 2.1MM" for J1. These are the requirements for your power supply. If you are unsure, mail the vendors and ask them if the plugback complies to your requirements. Both vendors don't provide a data sheet so the final judgment is not so easy from the distance. That's why I said could work, but the odds are quite in your favor if you check back with the vendors. Don't forget to set the yellow selector on the plugback to 12V. @C_04: Wilba explains the 1,5V voltage drop in the manual. Regards, Martin
  19. I don't see any contradiction to Wilba's recommendation, so I'm pretty sure it'll work. Open your Sammich, remove the SIDs, plug in PSU, test voltage between pin 28 (top-right corner) and pin 14 (bottom-left corner) of each SID's IC socket (as described in the sammichSID Build Guide), if it's exactly 9V, you're fine. @C_04: That's Wilba's recommendation, not mine. Shouldn't he know, since he designed the machine?
  20. From the building guide: Could work: http://www.jaycar.com.au/productView.asp?ID=MP3312&CATID=83&form=CAT2&SUBCATID=1000#12
  21. Oh nice, that looks good! Congratulations! Yes, I know what you mean. I've pointed out the problem in post of this thread. A normal M3 screw fits, if you use a standoff, there's a standoff too much. Even if you glue it with JB Weld, you have to grind some glue off. See bottom pic of post #52. It's a "problem" of the whole design concept, but it doesn't take much time to solve it.
