  1. Having built my first LPC17 Core last night, I can't get it to work! I followed the instructions on the wiki, except that I did not seperate the debug board, but when connected to my computer (running Ubuntu), it is not detected. Both dmesg and lsusb give no indication that anything has been connected. A red LED (I presume the power LED) lights on the LPC board, but that's it. Any ideas? Thanks, Kevin
  2. Putting together a core LPC17, ready for Seq V4L

  4. I can also recommend androSID/sidcollector. I brought two from him a few months ago, but they did not arrive. I contacted him and he immediatly sent replacements. Kevin
  5. Finally managed to get hold of some feedback pots for the MB6582 - and a bigger heatsink for the PSU. Good thing I'm not at work tomorrow....

yupp, i know... you may find one like that in the u.s. stores... if you have the cash on hand, try to stay away from the ultra-cheap ones without lever mechanism.

Test with bench PSU, or check for shorts between Vcc and ground while waiting. Avoid future trouble :)

Tests done. All good, except that I reversed Vcc and ground on the LCD backlight.

  8. Am I too late to jump in on this order? If not, I'll have one window please. Oh and this is my first post here so I guess I should say hello. Thanks, Kevin
  9. Just ordered the last bits for my MB6582. Still need to decide on the PSU.
