my sid

hey guys,

well this is my first post on the forum, i've been lurking around for quite some time while i got my sid built.

Well i finished it about a month and a half ago so here goes with some pics, currently its a single 8582 with 2x40 screen and case made of lego.

I give you the LegoBox:SID, hope you guys like it :P

I'm pretty happy with the way its turned out, the buttons at the front (in blue) line up with the screen almost perfectly.

Big thanks to Thorsten for making all this possible, Wilba for the sids, SmashTV for the core and sid boards(sorry about the stuff up with the pic too) and Mike for the din and bankstick boards.

sasha: yeah i know, i just put it together so i could at least start playing with my sid, the dremeling around the screen leaves alot to be desired but i went in gun-ho and paid for it. Its my first project into this line of stuff so excuse the scrappiness, believe me my next one will be better (i have 3 sid chips left)

goblins: yeah, i wish i had enopugh... as a kid technics were my favourite lego pieces to play with and because of that i lost alot of them... it would be interesting to see if you could make the led mod matrix with technics
