  1. :o :D MBFM drums as usual?
  2. Well, if you are writing a MIOS app, then you use the MIOS functions to handle such things as ADC. If not, you would use the SDCC libraries or whatever libraries are available. The libraries or the OS will take care of the low level functions, so you just handle the variables.
  3. Hmmm.... QBAS I was thinking... Let's say you have a pitchbender pot, and it only travels 90 degrees out of a possible 270... that means it will only use 1/3 of it's throw, so if you want to get better resolution, you just need to use a 30K pot :) So: Required pot value = 10000 / (Throw used/Maximum throw)
  4. I told him you didn't want it any more. ;D
  5. Yep, it'll work fine. Resistors in series: Rt = R1 + R2 + R3..... + Rn Resistors in parallel: 1/Rt = 1/R1 + 1/R2 + 1/R3 ... + 1/Rn
  6. Tools OK, that word was just an excuse ta say: MTE: LOL How did you know I was at work?! :D heheh I couldn't resist that opportunity to mention our fave mascot. Damn the proxy, full post ahead ;) QBAS: No, it's not a sex shop, but it's friday night and I am f***ed! ;D
  7. Hammerman!
  8. Congrats :)
  9. You can also add -"search the forum" to your search query hehehe I do think that you have hit upon a real problem, I'm sure a search for something like 'DIN problem would be useless today. 80% of hits are probably just "I have this problem" "Search the forum" I think a little netiquette can also apply here - if a person asks a question and is told to search the forums, all they need to do is reply to their own post later, saying something like "I found the answer here: <URL>". Many newbies already do this. If someone else posts the answer for them, they will have already posted a link that will take future searches to an answer :) That kind of behaviour is not only good for conversation, it makes sense in a forum like this, where everybody is simultaneously student and teacher.
  10. This may help? http://www.senduit.com/ Edit: I know nothing about this site, just came across it the other day and thought it looked handy :)
  11. "Plus your girl's sex technology/ I wanna plug in" (Can Ox)

  13. :) I'm starting to feel like the forum safety rep ;) Hah, civil. You're a funny guy ;D
  14. It could be an addressing problem like you suggested, either the A0 line is shorted or disconnected, possibly the mux IC's are no good...
  15. Report it to SanDisk. They will supply you with a real-deal CF card as a thankyou for helping them to bust someone stealing from them. It's fortunate that sandisk realised that such a measure costs them almost nothing and makes them a lot, while being perfect for the buyer too :)
  16. Dummkopf. Ich tue nie den ;D
  17. I'm there now mate, jump in :)
  18. Is it just me, or would it be handy to have such a function that worked in RAM?

  20. Of course thanks Rio! Those table reads in there are program memory only so it has to be a 'const'
  21. I haven't tested it thoroughly yet, but I have heard of bugs. The last known-good version at the moment is 4732: sdcc-snapshot-i586-mingw32msvc-20070402-4732.zip If you PM me your email address I'll send it over. I'm yet to find a bug in that build and I really pushed it.
  22. Ahh MESA. possibly the crappest editor ever. What you want is millennium. http://www.chickensys.com/products/millennium/details.php?sw_name=Millennium Now I have a license for it but stuffed if I can find the media!
