So 1 month further.....how are things on the pcb's?

I need the pcb's and part kit asap.....so i can build my sid, i need it on stage ;D ;D ;D i think this is a better reason than to say you're graduating from some school. That's egoistic i need it to please millions..... ;) ;) ;) so do i get to go in the front of the line now??? :P :P :P ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Ok to come back on my previous post.....This guy is from the UK so not from HK or some other distant place like let say Frankfurt ;D I asked this guy if he tested them and he said that they were okee......he bought abatch from a guy in HK so must be the same M :-X er...... anyways gotta about 5 good working 6581's gonna decide later which ones to use for a quadra sid and later when i get the Wilba PCB's i already got 7x 8580r5 indahousaahh....still gonna need one....long life marktplaats.... :P

Well i also recently bought some 6581 SID chips from eBay and they are bad........dated 1484 and i performed they same procedure as Kevtris and whadda ya know exact same problem.Fake paint and complete bullocks........ So my advice is don't buy loose SID's from eBay, just buy c64's in your local area.Better change they are working properly.........now i'm gonna get mad and send this a**hole a mail about refunding my money.

Then i'll pay with transparant money ;D

Dus er zal dan nog wel wat ruis te horen zijn? Is dit niet op te lossen door het weg te eq en? Of is het een algemene ruis?

Dat rauwe spreekt me wel aan en ik heb ergens gelezen dat als de de input van de chip disabled dat de ruis dan minder wordt. Klopt dat? En ik wil eerst kijken of ik die 6581's aan de praat kan krijgen voordat ik aan het 8580 project begin...

tja maar om al die forums bij te houden :P ik moet nl ook nog tijd hebben om muziek te maken..... en ik ben overdag lekker aan het werk :o ach het lukt allemaal wel....... heeft een van jullie al een sid met 6581's gebouwd? Ik heb er hier vier liggen die ik in een oud voedingskastje van een computer ga bouwen. Ik ben nog aan het wachten op de pcb's van Wilba en de part kits van Smash, maar die zijn voor de acht 8580r5's die ik hier ook al heb. Maar dat duurt zooooooooooo lang.Dat wachten dan.... 8)

Tja en anders vragen we het wel op het synthforum whahahahaha :D
