  1. But how do you plan to fit these devices in the design? I would like to have the SD card replaceble from the front and with the pcb i don't see were there is space for a SD card holder like this one...
  2. I am thinking of ways to add SD card to the front panel and it would be nice to have a slot in the middle of the encoder row. I suspect there is not enough space to add a card edge connector from a floppy cable, but since i don't have neither sequencer pcb nor connector yet, i can't verify it. If somebody has got a card edge connected floppy connector feel free to post the dimensions of it... one obvious limit is the height of 10mm... maybe there is some low profile connectors available...
  3. I have the same iron. Baught it second had from german e-bay after tips from my firnd of both Weller and german e-bay for cheep but good soldering stations.
  4. Core32 is available from Smash TV. I think it makes sence to make the seq v.4 right away. I come to think of two issues. - The Core32 has just two midi in/out. Is there some way to extend that? - The possibility to save your work on SD cards sounds so great. Would it be possible to incorporate that in this solution?

  6. Never mind. I missunderstood your post. I thought you meant it is easy to change the LCD backlight color. Changing the LCD is easy, yes :)
  7. I have a spare pcb, so if rosch doesn't have one, send me a pm. I live in Sweden.
  8. It would be really nice with red negative, but it seems imposible to find if you don't make a special order of many displays. Green on black would be nice too...
  9. Cool! When will you start posting them? We didn't pay yet, did we? Thumbs up!
  10. Just want to actuallize this thread. No order were carried out, right? I assume at least as many are still interested.

    Gui bug?

In bassline engine -> sequencer menu, my MB SID RC31 looks like the attached picture. It looks like this when slide is on. Everything else works and looks perfect. Do you have the same glitch? Software or hardware error? http://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/JUF1eGrS63KD3INeZLWZhQ?feat=directlink edit by nILS: I attached the pic for you. Offsite doco bad... ;) guibug.JPG guibug.JPG
  12. I misunderstood. I thought you completed the project, but I see you are just finnished with the midibox modules. Anyway I might do something similar. I'll keep posting when/if I do that.
  13. Looks really pro. I finnished the last bits and pieces of my mb6582 this weekend and I actually started making some music!
  14. Hi! boobs, how did you do it. What did you change? Also, did you separate the Op/Ins buttons to be used by the ice cubes?
  15. In the future, use IC-sockets. Then you won't risk cooking the ICs and you can easily flip or replace them. Hope the strobe works :)
