I have had 20+ LCDs off of FCB now and they have all been packed well and arrived in days from the US to the UK Really sad to hear you had issues with them I keep em bookmarked and always look in on em cause they always have good prices on stuff Thats a sad turn of events Flexi

I soldered a few boards and got my skill level to a point i was happy with Then started an MB6582 board and got carried away and started rushing along Didn't read the screen print properly on the board and totally screwed that build up So yeah read read read uCapps and then when your stuff arrives from Smash read read read uCapps again and then while your building read read read uCapps and the screenprint on the board Take your time and get into a slow but steady groove of checking as you go and you will be fine Flexi

Seeing the list of gear you showed If you don't want the "buzz" that you get of having built it yourself you sure as shit aren't gonna miss not having a SID based synth I've only spent a few hours on an Andromeda and i tell you what i'll let you have various SID synths and a box full of SID chips including 6581s 8580s and f*ck load of 6582s in a straight swap if you like hehehehehe Flexi
