    Anyone up for another bulk order for Waldorf knobs? If there is interest, and the price isn't doubled since the 2011 bulk order, I can guarantee I'm in for at least 100 knobs.

      Cool. I have learnt that a bulk order takes time to mature in midibox community hehe. So that's why I took the initiative - I am not in hurry - have knobs enough for a few projects :)

      I just ordered the 8pre. Pretty excited to see what it can do for me. I gave about nok 5100 incl. shipping ;) Pretty much the same price I would pay in a foreign webshop incl. taxes, vat and shipping. So I'm pleased.

    The focusrite interface is lying safely in my car. I don't know if I dare bring it inside when wife looks. Next she'll start asking questions about money and shit like that.... :D

      yeah, borrowing ftw :) a friend just "borrowed" a quadcopter, otherwise he could not justify it and his girlfriend, who desperately wants to go to australia for holidays would have kicked his better parts :)

      Hehe, I went out after she went to bed, took it upstairs to the studio and unboxed it, and hid it in plain view on the desk :) She has no idea what gear I have anyway, but a new box comming inside from my car - that she would see through :P. Next I'm gonna borrow myself the new laptop :P

    Going through my friends list on facebook. Too many "friends" on that list that I don't want to keep track of my every little movement on FB. Some of them seems to have a facebook account just to troll. Unbelievable!

    Bought new PA for band practice, plus two china edition Beta58 mics from my bro. Supercheap and it works, but not something I would make the audience listen to tho :P

    Wish I had a camera to show my prototype of a psu for 6582. It's made of cardboard and wires :P Cheap protoboard :D Don't know if I dare start it up though :P

      Started it up today. I gotta do something about the trafo, too high voltage. The DC at the 2200uF reads 23V, or I gotta get me some 18V regulators or something to get it down a bit before the 5,9 and 12v regulators. I already used a 7812 in series before the 7805. But at least without load it worked very well, but I expect the temp to raise a lot with load especially led matrix, so I gotta do something...

      Hehe, I sure hope it's not a mid life crisis yet. I'm saving that for the boat :P. Hehe. I grew up with cars in the garage, and have rebuilt a couple myself, and I always wanted a toyota mr2 - mk2 of course! So yesterday I told my wife I'm printing out a picture of it to know what I'm saving my money for hehe, and she had to agree it was really nice, but wondered if I was too old for having a car like that.... WTF? No IM NOT!!

      :) Finally I got it in my hands, been going back and forth about buying an interface, and back and forth on buying this one for a long time. So it's a extremely well thought through purchase. Still it hurts. It's fun saving money, not so fun spending them all. Need to save more now - like the feeling of some bucks in the pillow :P

    This morning, early sunday morning, missus, who is working @ a school, suddenly took the car and drove away. So I called her, no answer, and I call again, no answer, and then she calls me, and I says wtf are you? I'm at work. she says. I says it's bloody sunday! And she goes, no - it's monday.. then she goes... hmmm it's sunday, I'm at work, now I'm comming home! :D

    Oh nice! I have to get up in the morning because I feel like getting up, and WAIT for the kid to wake up. That happens like NEVER! Usually he wakes up around 06:00 :D, and now it's one hour later... Either he is sick, or he is just trying to be nice :P

    From time to time I have fun searching for the most expensive speaker / signal cable I am able to find. Today represent a new record for me.
