the caps for the filter section will need swapping or it wont sound quite right. you can play around with different values

Think that it possible ......but to have it work with 1 LCD and 1 menu nav needs lots of coding I think. I was tring to sort this a while ago but do not have enough mios knowledge yet! good luck ;)

Im confused...... what exactly are you tring to achieve? Cubase lets you create .xml files from within cubase and save them Surely you just start a project with say: 16 midi track & 16 audio tracks, then set all your controls as you need them, save the .xml file and then when ever you start a new project the settings are applied to each track that is added. Or am I missing your point? BTW if you own SX2 I think the 2.2 patch has just been released which might fix a load of generic remote problems? (I cant afford it yet!!)

My main concern is I have got pin 5 of the IC's to earth but in the schematic http://synapsysllc.com/guitarpreamp.htm it has a "+" next to pin 5 although they run to earth... harder than it looks this circuit design.

so the bootstrap is loaded? and do you get the upload request? before sending the sysex?

Thanks Moebius thats a big help, there are 4 IC's total but yes only 2 different types :) If no-one is keen to check it I guess i will just have to try it! If it works??? and anyone wants the .brd file just let me know and I can send it to you. ..pEaCe..

Hi Hoping someone might be able to help me I have attempted to design a .brd file for the preamp schematic donated by synapsys in the direct injection thread (a couple of topics below) http://synapsysllc.com/guitarpreamp.htm I have a couple of main questions they are pretty basic so dont be too mean.... 1. Does the IC pinout shown apply to all 4 IC's? 2. The upsidedown triangle symbol's are earth's right??? 3. Is anyone prepared to check my design? Hey psytron the op amp TL062 doesnt seem to be available anymore however I have found a TL072 https://www.onsemi.com/pub/Collateral/TL071C-D.PDF Can you or anyone else tell me if this is a suitable replacement? After the instrument input and before the ground plane there appears to be a pot (or is that a diode?) but no value what did you use here? Also what is the IC (U2) labeled 5532 I cant find anything on that! Thanks alot
