  1. samples sind ja originale. :)
  2. just a thought: a synthesizer to go. Battery-fed, size of a cigarette box, SMD ,integrated loudspeaker,..2-3 octaves, a modified cheap mp3-player with recording-function, record your musical ideas whenever you got them, wherever you have them,... nothing special, 1OSC, 1LFO, (1 ADSR), no filter,... this could be much better than my pot-theremin.. (one button for on/off, pot for frequency, NE555, 2 resistors, 1 capacitor) :)

    Pic Tausch

  5. I don't use 2 internal HDDs. Theres only 1 HDD in my PC but I can excange it with an second one. It's quite the same as a dual boot PC. So,.. what do you think of a Linux based audio-PC and those XP-tuning programs? ... and, does Vista make sense when using a single core 32-bit processor? matthias
  6. :D :D btw. how much does this special paper cost? matthias
  7. you don't have to buy a complete new PC. Just do it like i did ;D : Get yourself a second HDD (NO HITACHI!!! all my stuff was gone one month ago because of a headcrash!!) and such a HDD-Rack. so you can use one HDD for your music-stuff and the other for internet. The only bad this is that the HDD-fans of those racks are usually f*ckin' loud. but i works fine now. (XP, P4 3GHz, 1Gb RAM, E-MU 0404) another question: does anybody have any experience with linux and audio-stuff (drivers, software, compatibility, etc.) ? matthias
  8. Does a C64 also run without SID-chip? @Sasa Djuric: nice stuff :) matthias

  14. hmm... I've got kind of a small TV lying around in my room... perhaps I could turn this into a button... the only problem is that it's a real TV (Brown's tube, electromagnets, etc). It was in the thing you look into when filming with a Hi8 Camcorder ;)
  15. well done, AC! :) ----------- has anyone tried to order some samples?
  16. MBHP ;)

  18. I don't like :) :D and 8) should we ask him if he could change them again if there's no special reason why he changed them before? ------- Back to the topic: I've got the Idea of a MIOS-Studio-PlugIn where you've got a special editor to program those buttons. 1. Is this doable? 2. Who could do this? matthias
  19. I don't want to buy it as i don't have got the time to build it by now. I just thought the other members might be intrested in how much money you want to have for it.
  20. :) btw. I liked the old smileys better...
  21. I saw them some weeks ago... there are so many possibilities to integrate them in a MidiBox. Imagine a MB-SID where you don't have to use a button and six LEDs to choose the waveform but such a Display-Button... :o Do you know how much they cost? ... and,...do you know who could write some software to use them? :) matthias
  22. (When) Will it be possible to buy the (preloaded) PIC18F4620 in your shop?
  23. mach einfach mal 'n foto. Fragen: -was ist an deinen Core angeschlossen ?
  24. That's exactly what i'm doing when soldering! ...and i thought I would be exaggerating....
