  1. G'day! Looking for 2 or 4 backlit character lcds for midibox sequencer project (particularly, ultracore+wilbaCS). Ideally negative FSTN displays; while any backlit model should be fine. thanks for help! Kartoshka edit: TYPO!
  2. NOONE WITH SOUCE BELOW $25?! if you have overstocked and would offer to me privately, that's fine as well.
  3. that's already good news! thanks for this Sasha. big relief hearing this. I guess i know what my package is doing right now ;D
  4. Sasha, my bad. filtering is a local slang for avoiding somebody (refusing to speak with when they call, or ignore when asked) let me summarize the things: The only person who knows where is our stuff is the guy in clinic. SHIT.
  5. Police said one customer, who appeared intoxicated, was arrested after trying to buy a bag of hallucinogenic mushrooms from an officer in the shop.
  6. my girlfriend participates in moleskine exchange, the route of each of the 7 sketchbooks destined to pass thru all 7 checkpoints, with nothing being lost up today, stfu-stfu :D.
  7. still filtering you?
  8. i'm concerned that fleamarket is the best place to offer it. or ask ploytec for 14 days return policy ;D
  9. the application is still to be released
  10. ok, convinced! i guess strydie might move this to groupbuys then. http://www.midibox.org/dokuwiki/gm5_expansion_5x5_board
  11. heh... good question, as NOT ALL OF US are going to use 19" 1U former router racks.... or am i wrong?!
  12. Discussion about manufacturing of GM5 5in-5out expansion boards
  13. UPDATE: hooray, nILS (ONCE AGAIN ;)) updated the layout! Thanks nILS. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * no more piggy-backing, the board is now fully stuffed with everything that's on the small gm5 board (which you don't need for this apparently) * added 74HC14 inverters to add LED support for each MIDI In and Out * board size is roughly 23cm*5cm (8.8"x2.0" for the metric impaired) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi everyone. Here we try to gather interest in GM5 5x5 (5ins-5outs) expansion pcbs, in order to make it full scale product. http://www.midibox.org/dokuwiki/gm5_expansion_5x5_board For those who don't know what i'm talking about, GM5 is a usb-to-midi solution. The board manufacturer, Ploytec GmbH, made PCB layout with 1 midi_in and 1 midi_out only, while supporting up to 5in-5outs by utilizing dedicated headers. We try to simplify your soldering experience and avoid prototyping the remaining 4in-4out board. Nils already created the dedicated pcb for diy etching. Now we're headed for (to be) manufactured model. The aim is to manufacture this or similar with professional pcb manufacturer, all fancy silkscreening, laquer, etc etc. The reason for not being posted in group buy section: it all depends on your interest; and before we shoot, we want to smell the ground. Post your considerations, ideas, and put your credentials on the wiki if you'd like to have some of these too.
  14. holy shit...
  15. welcome back friend! thanks for update. hope this guy's current psychic/physical condition is significantly better now. but thanks for the news Sasha, again.
  16. like hey guys it's not fair! like the same faces do it all the time.... we all appreciate it and all, let alone trustfulness etc etc but hey why 'twist your own arms' again each time? like you guys rock that means
  17. israel is nowhere... i would like to participate when someone is buying.
  18. no disrespect! you guys tell truth. Pretty confusing fact is that i got billions of emails with strange quotes apart strange chinese names ;D, all those quotes like having two stable attractors: one around $2.5 and second around $12. But after reading your inputs which i agree too, i think i gonna pass on it. CLOSED.
  19. acually i start getting responses via hkinventory, which are way cheaper than any of these.
  20. wow man.... that was extremely funny
  21. inquiries has been requested from suppliers.
  22. piggybacking is nice... if considering given unit internal space limits. If space is not a factor, simple cable with connectors at both ends is way to go. me thinks, former 1U ethernet router should be fine for this project.
