I have my brother in law that " go for mushroom " but I am not able to do.

He had a blog about too some years ago.

Anyway tomorrow ( nao ) is Sunday and I will prepare " Tagliatelle ai funghi porcini " an wil drink some Aglianico.

Unfortunately the mushrooms spent some time in the supermarket freezer :)
