Se você quer só eventos Note ON / OFF, dai sim pode usar o aplicativo Midibox64, Midio128, ain64_din64_dout128 . Fora isso só tem um código fonte , que pelo que eu li no readme.txt, lida com velocity mas escaneia apenas um pequeno número de entradas, e é recomendado apenas para drumpads, não alcançando escanear uma matriz de teclas de um teclado. De qualquer forma, dê uma olhada neste aplicativo Se você for bom programador em C ou Assembly talvez consiga fazer um aplicativo para isso ;) De outra forma recomendo mesmo comprar um axion25. Pense, você vai ter que comprar oitavas do seu teclado, que são bem difícieis de se achar sem ser em grandes centros urbanos como São Paulo e Rio de Janeiro, matriz de contatos, e vai ter uma bela de uma trabalheira para montar um circuito de fiação (impressa) para essas teclas, ou ainda reaproveitar um teclado usado e mesmo assim ter muito trabalho para reaproveita-lo e adptá-lo a plataforma Midibox. Não estou te desencorajando, mas te digo, vai perder um bom tempo e algum dinheiro com alguns erros inevitáveis em um projeto de tal complexidade. Mas a escolha é sua. Um Axion25 não é tão caro assim. No mercado livre tem uns bem baratos, novos e usados, e até no ebay, mesmo arcando com custos de importação sai em conta. Eu mesmo estava precisando de um teclado e comprei um controlador Michael por R$300. Ele só vem com 3 oitavas com teclas grandes e sensíveis a velocity, porque pitch bend, modulation, knobs, botões é bem fácil se ter em uma caixa a parte com um PIC, não? ;)

No doubt. If there's a way for a integration with a MIDIBOX and the FL Studio, I'm in. Because unfortunately the DAW I have adopted for a mass production, that is the FL Studio, do not have such API or something for freely bi-directional MIDI communication. There's some limited tools on the FL that helps with MIDI, for instance the Dashboard and the FL Synthmaker, but nothing beyond if I'm correct. It is a frustation having a huge MIDI gear, like a MIDIBOX in the hands... and a DAW, that you have became addicted to the workflow and not too much things on it to respond to the all of features of your gear. That's how I feel. I was thinking to drop on the MB forum my complains about this and maybe invite FL users interested in solutions for a better integration with their MIDIboxes and the FL Studio. I think I'll create such topic in soon. Btw...nice to see you are back to the action, ultra!

Since I'm in need of some custom MIDI monitor/ filter tools and I'm a bit without patience to jump in a programming language that I'm totally newbie, I'm thinking to use VB to get my deal. Funny, I came to this thread via Google, when I was searching some code examples. Unfortunately, the links are broken. Both for Pablop's sources also to the Mabry ActiveX controls. I didn't find the Mabry MIDI Controls anywhere (however I didn't have try the waybackmachine). There's a page on sourceforge.net that they said, if I have understood well, now the controls are free, but the compressed file available for download are free of controls! Then, searching a bit more, I had see that the Mabry software page still charge $99 for the controls. I think I could do all the work done via some Windows APIs for MIDI but today just having a look in my backup files from the last year, what a surprise..I already had downloaded these files from this thread last year. hey, it is interesting! If you have some free time, could you explain how to emulate a SID chip with the core32? It's just a matter of coding or need of more hardware in chain with the core32? I bet the info is already there and I'm missing it But please ...just tell some points, of course.

E ae Alia Penso em futuramente usar o Core32, apenas para usar a aplicação SEQ_V4. Porém eu não tenho nenhum sintetizador real! O que seria uma das utilidades maiores para tal aplicação em minhas mãos. E sinceramente acho que no país que vivemos, é bem difícil ter um, até por que a nossa cultura musical raramente usou tais instrumentos, tendo o interesse aumentado apenas na ultima década devido à popularização mundial da música eletrônica e os gêneros "feitos para balada". E fora também que o preço de um sintetizador ainda pesa demais! Se não me engano a maioria dos Midiboxers estão usando o Core32 para soluções baseadas na SEQ_V4? Posso estar bem enganado no entanto, mas é o que percebo visitando o fórum de tempos em tempos Desvantagens do Core8? Quais seriam para nós brasileiros? Acho que para enviar e receber eventos MIDI, o que é o que tenho mais acesso por meio de softwares virtuias que lidam com esse protocolo, está ótimo. Assim como vejo diversos consumidores de equipamentos musicais tendo necessidades similares as minhas e nada muito além. E ainda mais, acho que ainda há muita flexibilidade de código para ser explorada somada ao fácil acesso aos PICs no mercado de componentes eletrônicos brasileiros, então, ainda não vejo tal desvantagem. Porém é só minha opnião, mas acho que vocês está tentando organizar um grupo de compras? hehe When I had burnt 2 LCDs in the same week just why I made mistakes wiring it to the Core8 I had a similar idea for a topic or a How-To about get LCDs not working.
