I've used crystals from Farnell, 10Mhz 485-081

20 Mhz p/n 569-902 both are around $3 Australian.

Just spent 3+ hours to find out that the reason my new midimerger would not work was because of one of these crystals. Changed it for another (same part number) and it worked! So watch out!

i'm using the 10Mhz crystals from www.voti.nl:

price is 0,86 eurocent, and their really small, so you could fit them under the PIC18F socket if you want..
