  1. You know what, I may have not tested it (it was back in June when 1.0.7 came out), memory fails me.
  2. 1.06 Driver does work in vista32 with one interface. This behavior started for me with the 1.07 driver also. What is really strange is that if I connect 3 interfaces with 1.0.9, it will actually show one but it will disappear after a reboot. *edit I dont think I tested 1.0.6 on 64
  3. Dont think its that, I was running 1.7 on a 4620 with no problems
  4. Ok ppl, let me put things into perspective. First off, I made enough money on this to cover my panel and parts, thats it. I dont have the 1200$ dollars that it would cost to cover shipping these back here and out again. S1, you dont like the results? send yours back and I will refund your $40 out of my own pocket. I inspected these for quality and and defects the best I could, the fact the screener took it upon themselves to change the artwork supplied to them is so far out there that I would not have even considered as something to watch for. I posted a good picture of the panel that was up for a week before the panels were shipped and nobody caught it there either despite looking at it now, it is obvious that there was a problem so please dont make it out like it is a HUGE OBVIOUS error. The printer has already indicated that they would be fixed and I will be happy to do all the work for ppl that want to ship them back but thats all that I can do
  5. The base price of the front panel is 15.50 ea. Thats all the refund will cover. If you can find black anodized panels for cheaper than that I am all ears, FPE panels in these quantities were 3 times as much as the best quote was 2.5 times more than you have paid. If you have a problem with that, feel free to send them back and I will happily refund your panel and you can fend for your self. As far as Purusha, why dont you have him quote panels in that size with 140+ holes and see if it will be less than the cheapest one he sells (which is 100 euro, $146 as of today)
  6. Thats what I am pushing for, a new run. As far as missing out on business, unfortunately, this is a place that does production level (100K+ parts, hence our pricing) work so little runs like ours hopefully will not take too much to redo but at the same time, it's a bit of a two edged sword being the very little fish but they are clearly in the wrong and hopefully will take care of this to everyones satisfaction.
  7. They offered me a 25% refund on the cost of the panels so that comes out to about $3.80 ea. I will email them today and see what they have to say about another redo. Here is a large pic of the problem
  8. Im not sure what you mean by that. I hope you are not trying to get the led to stop on its lip, you should be lining up the LED tops to the pushbutton tops
  9. I have been away on some family matters so I have not had a chance to get with salem about this after my discussion with wilba about this last week but I have sent in all the evidence and should hear back from him today. Any bad panels like Davo's where the screen is clearly messed up bad will be redone. We will see what salem has to say about the rest. I have no idea why the screener would take a creative license to wilba's artwork and it should not be something a paying customer should worry about.
  10. Please post them here. International shipping for something as light as the panel should not be to expensive so I can definitely have them redone.
  11. you know wilba, I think there may be a difference with the adonising since I have had both the corner screws and stand offs pop off under strain, both times loosing bond with the panel. I think the key is to actually roughen the surface of the panel to get it to stick well with some sand paper. I know that FPE uses pre adonised panels and machines them, these were machined/lasercut and THEN adonised
  12. us/ca orders went out Tuesday and Wednesday with the rest of the world Thursday and Friday
  13. OK, arrived today... I will be doing the big orders and domestics first since they take much less time and should be able to start shipping tomorrow.
  14. Altitude

    SID chips

I HIGHLY advise against that unless you know that your C64 had a 8580 (9V) sid
  15. UPDATE The panels are shipping back to me tomorrow so hopefully I will be able to get these out starting next week Here is the proof (albeit poor camera) that they provided:
  16. They are still being reprocessed, I should have some news in the next couple of days
  17. This excellent advice, voodoo is my go-to approach when I have a problem that I cant seem to track down. Some cigar smoke, a little hair, and chicken (in live, fried, or nugget form) and bam, problem is solved. I believe the technical term for this is HPFM (hocus pocus, focking magic) *whack*
  18. excellent! More motivation to break ground on my seq
  19. Julien, those will be too short. You need the ones that have an H=13mm
  20. These are not from FPE, the best quote from FPE was $90 per set and $130 at the one off price. This is the place that does the x0xb0x panels. They did accept the panels for redo without question so thats really the best they can do. Should only be a week or so before i get them back
  21. UPDATE: I just talked to them and they are taking responsibility so I am sending them back today to be rescreened.
