Got one. PM me with the address and I'll send it out on Monday :flowers:

Works for me.

On behalf of all the people who make up this really dead forum: We're incredibly sorry for not supplying you with the support you so obviously deserve for a product which you either built yourself from designs that were worked on by numerous people over a bunch of years and given to you for free or which you bought pre-assembled - which means you didn't put any effort into anything at all. Since we so fatally failed in helping you, have a flower instead: :flowers:

That's actually not a promotion, just something you have to ask for to prevent loads of "spam" in the programming section - just a note in case some programmers feel left out

That's a good start, yay! :hyper:

Doco? Plans? Links? :hmm: Please add those things, as described here "Please Read Before Posting New Topics: What is a "User Project"?

Hmm, isn't the counter a bit useless if only the Q1 output is used? I originally put that in to be able to do fun stuff like underclocking the POKEY.

The current rating (1A) is a maximum rating. It simply says the PSU is capable of delivering up to 1A. The midibox will only draw as much current as it needs. The heat dissipated by the voltage regulator only depends on the actual current drawn and the voltage difference between input (5V in this case) and the output (3.3V in this case).

sammichSID- How rip or extract sid tunes sounds / patches ?
nILS replied to cuca's topic in MIDIbox SID
Short answer: No. Long answer: Google. http://ucapps.de/midibox_sid_manual.html You can always go ahead and use something like GoatTracker to get the genuine chiptune-tracking-experience with original (sammich)SID sound. -

3) ASID XP if you're on windows. Use the forum search if you're on some *nix or OSX. Generally. Use the forum search a bit more ;) A special google search suffixed with "site:midibox.org" is usually pretty helpful as well.

Regarding a replacement, you wanna contact Wilba. Then again, I am pretty sure the issue is something else. There's enough tolerances we planned into the hole case so that the corner screws will hold it together pretty firmly - do you have any pictures to share - ideally in a semi-disassembled state?
-
I fixed the .pdf downloads, Wilba will surely fix the rest soon.
-
I fixed the PCB links. Wilba will hopefully fix the rest soon, I've let him know about it.

You're welcome :flowers:

GM5(x5x5) not working, is the chip dead?
nILS replied to sineSurfer's topic in Testing/Troubleshooting
2) Check the voltages on the inverter sockets (pins 7 + 14). If they're all good, trace a +5V and Gnd track/plane to the pins of the gm5 (following this pdf)
