  1. Just login with your forum login name and password :)
  2. Wilbas files are not shared. Reasons have been explained previously but are irrelevant. End of discussion. Thankyou. Edit: When Twinny says no, that means no.
  3. <Raises hand to ear> WHAT?!?
  4. Not sure why you needed to resurrect this old thread?
  5. <pinky in mouth> One MILLION encoders! ;D
  6. LOL!! You young whippersnappers!
  7. <Raises hand to ear> WHAT?!?!?!?! I CAN'T HEAR YOU!! ;D
  8. Yes but it's clearly intermittent, your meter might not pick it up. Anyway try a new PIC, and good luck :)
  9. Agreed, totally. Doubled=bad. It is well arranged at the moment... I thought it might help to swap two of the boxes over, but it was too hard to describe, so I've just done it, I hope that's OK? If you don't like the change just revert, I don't mind, it is just an idea :) Gets the user projects up next to the finished projects, and away from lurking at the bottom. Has the new CSS been uploaded? It is behaving slightly differently (in a very good way!!)... I am going to close a few dozen tabs and then restart and see if it sticks.. I think it makes sense to separate them. Yes that makes sense, until someone has an idea that doesn't work, and you have to spend lots of time cleaning up the result. Nobody wants to spend all their days working on the wiki, you and I know this from our personal experiences! (I can only assume that the recent changes have taken a great deal of time) It's not that I didn't want to do it at all, just hold off for a bit. It's not a big deal at all, but I'm not the type to think something, and not say it :) LOL :D Where are my ninjas when I need them?! ;D That reminds me, I still owe you ein bier! (So that the forum knows why, AC taught me C programming concepts, and helped when I couldn't figure things out, so I promised to buy him a beer one day :D Sorry all, I do not think that he will have much time on his hands to teach you also, because all his time is wasted by some CrAzY BlOoDy AuSsIe WhInInG AbOuT ThE WiKi AlL ThE tImE!! ARGH!!!) :o
  10. It could actually be very useful to have this as an option... like you could turn it on and off... I'll take a peek at the code tonight.
  11. The debugging function should work fine. I notice there are a lot of characters there that are +2 ... I would be looking very closely at your D1 line and neighbouring stuff.
  12. You might be getting some noise from the PCBs you designed :/ Either that, or the SMD 4051's aren't quite the same after all... Anyway... YAY! :D
  13. The king of having to repeat himself when rude people don't bother to read the whole thread before they post :-\
  14. Yeh he did, there was a line of midiboxers behind him it seems :D
  15. The following error or errors occurred while posting this message: Warning - while you were reading 6 new replies have been posted, Microsoft have fired Bill Gates, and hired TK. You may wish to review your post.
  16. Can you type out the whole thing? I don't have a (working) MBFM here so I don't know the menus, and the difference between what it is, and what it should be, could give us a hint.
  17. Gday Wayne. I Look forward to seeing the finished product one day :)
  18. I have said before: it's the most powerful analog synth avaiable, clearly. Just count the osc/vcf/vcas, and look at the routings. That excludes modulars which are theoretically infinitely large ;)
  19. Dead 4051? Have you tried swapping them over?
  20. What really surprises me is that noone finds this thread by themselves... it's like, 3 searches away.
  21. Well the SIDv2 has a 4685 so it will run in 4 bit mode (built-in driver).... But my optrex is fine in either. You could maybe try it with wilba's 8-bit driver, but if you have tested with a 452, and it did the same, then it's busted in 8-bit mode too. When it says: Gns.>k>Rvcj-Ncog"" KoC"3">3>C""3>Rjofgs What should it say?
  22. Maybe a link on the FAQ page too, so they are interlinked... That way, if someone changes either one, then they can follow the link. I still think it's best to just remove the info from the FAQ and replace it with "Please see the Crystals and Oscillators page for the answer" Or did you think that I was suggesting to remove it from your page and link to the FAQ? Nooo, other way around :)
  23. Sounds pretty crazy man. I'm going to go with some kind of wiring problem. Yeh, I know, you checked it, but it's clearly intermitent - when it works fine, then doesn't work later on when you do the exact same, this means it can be aOK when you test it, and then broken later. I'd be looking for dry /loose solder joints, small shorts, and general pcb mess...
