  1. Nice song. I tried a bit with embedding. This code is working: <param name="movie" value="http://player.soundcloud.com/player.swf?url=http%3A%2F%2Fapi.soundcloud.com%2Ftracks%2F130054515"></param> <param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param> <embed allowscriptaccess="always" height="81" src="http://player.soundcloud.com/player.swf?url=http%3A%2F%2Fapi.soundcloud.com%2Ftracks%2F130054515" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="100%"></embed> </object> <span><a href="">MIDIbox FM V2.0 Demosong -- "Aema's Theme"</a> by <a href="">Sauraen</a> You have todo More Reply Options, then use the second button on the left (Special BB Code) and choose media. Then you end up with: MIDIbox FM V2.0 Demosong -- "Aema's Theme" by Sauraen
  2. It would be great if it would be possible to create some low cost bridge between gm5 (yes, there it is again m00dawg  ) and a kissbox module. But i guess the bridge device would need some routing capabilities i guess. So it would be not so easy.
  3. Maybe in notepad. But in notepad++ you will see it contains more.
  4. What ilmenator said
  5. As i said i don't see how this would be feasible on the gm5. I thought it was fairly obviously considering the lack of I/O on the gm5.
  6. A quick reminder for those people interested, just a couple more days that
  7. I must agree. Although it is a pretty cool feature for ipad/mac/pc usage, it would require significant hardware efforts to make a single synth do RTP-midi. An fairly easy way todo this would be to add this feature to the gm5. But i don't see how that is feasible.
  8. Ok, maybe i will give it a go. I have a project where the board exceeds the size of which is allowed by the freeware version of Eagle. Didn't feel like paying 140 euro for the amateur version which then only allows a full euro card.
  9. Yeah there is a small problem with the file. Remove the blank lines. Then it will be fine. Open it in notepad++ and use Edit>Line Operations> Remove empty lines. Or if you are handy with linux/osx then awk is your friend.
  10. The sparkfun one does not work. See my
  11. I would love to give more suggestions. However i have to give credit to some people complaining about off-site docu being bad. Wilba's mb6582.org domain seems to be offline. Leaving all the documentation for mb6582, sammichsid and sammichfm unavailable  . Looking at the datasheet for the YAC512 it has a Max supply voltage of 7V. However the OPA4348 has a Max supply voltage of 5.5V. So my main suspect would be the OPA4348. It could very well be that it has been damaged. Replacing it won't be easy as it is a SMD component. If anyone has some other suggestions be my guest.
  12. Looks pretty good. Must admit i had some mishaps by placing stuff to close together in Eagle. The only thing i am worried about in KiCad is the libraries. There is quite a few for Eagle. Not sure how that is for KiCad?
  13. You have the 6582 SID in there. Those don't run so hot. But just to be sure, you could put on some heatsinks.
  14. These are 4mm shafts. The 6mm ones don't fit my panel.
  15. Are you sure these are the correct ones? I thought the MB6582 required pots with a 4mm shaft. Or is that just on my backpanel?
  16. I can add the altered eps file to the wiki. So people are able to use the standard switches. Edit: Added the wikipage: http://www.midibox.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=midibox_seq4l seq4l_case.zip
  17. Besides cutting a few corners here and there i cannot see something obviously wrong with this build. The only modifications i see are in the power section and in the lcd connector.
  18. If you are sure about this, then i think you should open the box up. Then post a highres photo of the top and bottom side of the mainboard.
  19. Could not have done it without you man! Thanx again.
  20. Ok, well just to clarify this forum is primarily for diy midi hardware  But we don't mind they occasional software question
  21. Got the stuff from Formulor. Looks pretty good. Now to finish this project
