  1. I tried to fix the gallery issue for you arumblack. But there's to much off them (more then i thought) I have contacted IPB suppport. Hopefully there is some quick fix or something.
  2. Yes we are aware. The only way we found so far is that an Admin; Edit the Image and saves it. If you can point out what gallery you were trying to view, i can try and fix it for you.
  3. The F411 is not really in the same ball park. It's the top of the entry line with less RAM and slower clock. The higher number may have fooled you but F407 is really something else. Too bad you bought 3 pieces. Hopefully you can get rid off them through evilbay. But you are not the only one. In the past i bought an STM32F103RE with a different crystal speed. So even though being the same MCU it still did not work
  4. Have you done a voltage check before you plugged in the PIC and 6N138? IC5:MCLR(1) - IC5:Vss(12) = 5VIC5:Vdd(11) - IC5:Vss(12) = 5VIC5:Vdd(32) - IC5:Vss(31) = 5VIC9(8) - IC9:(5) = 5V
  5. Try turning off the Core, select the hex file and press Start in MIOS Studio. Then power on the Core.
  6. Ok, well then there are two options; either the primary bootloader has not been burned correctly or there is a problem with your midi interface. I think this should be a seperate topic though, so i splitted it from the release topic.
  7. You need to upload the bootloader through midi first before uploading the application.
  8. Thorsten, something like?: Unfortunately this product is also EOL. But the PCB is Open Source design.
  9. I think for now we are safe with the G option of the STM32F4. Getting a lot of spam though from ST about the STM32F7. So maybe in time this is something to consider. But i think for the next year at least we can still cope with the first option. Until Thorsten thinks of some new uber cool (and cpu hungry) use case ofcourse
  10. I don't think there is an ideal solution for this. A topic will still require a new person to scan through it. Linking to a mouser/reichelt bom can be handy. But also requires rework when things go eol. And it only works with stores who provide such an option. A bom on google docs requires a lot of copy+paste. And so everything has something to be left desired.
  11. Yeah i think it was Midipal > Midibud > midiGAL but i guess the Midibud concept failed. I don't mind doing some redesign work. But we would need some consensus. Introducing a 2x16 OLED will make the PCB much larger. Is this acceptable?
  12. Incase you are wondering, i merged the topics
  13. I think most regulars here would say the wiki is the place for that. It's easier for people to update and maintain then a topic on the forum.
  14. You can find the buttons at mouser too. The MI Anushri Eurorack uses them: 611-F0203 en 611-21125. I found that just squeezing the bottom part helps a lot for fitting them with TL1100. Not sure where you are located but if i select the design of pawaga and include shipping i end up with a price of 75 Euro. But then i go with black 3mm.
  15. That's the same knob as used on the MI Shruthi encoder.
  16. @jojjelito he does. But he only sells it as a kit which does not suit my needs. And it sounds like you are describing MidiGAL
  17. @Antichambre: I have tried to fix the images. But i could not get it to work. So i took the liberty of deleting them from the gallery.
  18. I don't think i have to make a calculation to show you the price difference? Besides in the Netherlands you have to pay taxes on stuff that comes from non EU countries with a value of more then 22 Euro. So if you are unlucky you can add another 15 Euro for handling costs and a minor tax fee.
  19. I am thinking about doing a small run of Midipal PCB (throughhole). Wondering if there is any interest for it. This should be achievable for like 4 euro per board ex. shipping. And yes i know it would make more sense to post this at the MI forum
  20. I think i have a spare C64 switch for you if you want.
  21. I have two here but they have different sound level so not usable. Anyway i have enough 8580 and 6582.
  22. Sounds fine to me. The 6581 get very hot. The 6582/8580 run cooler.
  23. Peter, I already tried a couple of months ago to do the "gallery rebuild". The only thing that does work is to Edit the image and then save. I fixed most of TK's galleries this way.
