  1. ... does anybody know of a windows routing software similar to the RME router soft, which comes with the card? The RME application is cool, the only problem is, that you only can route the one RME card. I have two RME MADI cards and it's not possible to route in/outs over the card "border" of each card. 2. ... you can find everything about the ALPS K-Type Fader here: http://www.ucapps.de/mbhp_mf.html Greets, Roger
Greets, Roger
  5. ... search the forum. - You will find answers for both questions. Greets, Roger
Greets, Roger

  8. RTFM, I just did it online ;) ... Yes, you're right. It's only a MIDI OUT coming from the PC side. Greets, Roger
  9. http://www.austriamicrosystems.com/03products/products_detail/AS5040/download/AS5040_AdapterPCBOperationManual.pdf ... it seems like this is no problem. In the application guide it says, that the magnets should be 0.5-5mm away from the chip (... and we're talking about neodym magnets). Greets, Roger

  12. ... you better don't do this. If you want to control it over a DOUT, you should take reed relais to connected, which is triggered by the DOUT. But since it does not have to be controlled, you can power it directly. Don't you have any ratings written on this photoresistor package? Or at least a "type" label to find a datasheet? Greets, Roger
  13. No, I really ment a silent rack to mount a PC into it. http://www.cmlshop.de/studioneu11/index.html?lang=de&target=d83.html&lmd=39123.438657 But to talk about my SequoiaController MidiBox project: Yes I use a passively cooled microATX board with a mobile core2 duo cpu, a passively cooled ASUS graphics card, heatsink-frame for the HD etc. For the Silentrack I'm building, I'll make some pix this weekend and post them when I find time. 14. ... what price ever for the Neuron: Hartmann doesn't exist anymore. - They're out of money... so, no memory leak fixes for the future. Greets, Roger
  15. ... sorry, didn't read your post good enough. On the pic I see now, that you haven't been talking about a PC-case but about fans, which are directly built into your controller. ... just forget, what I wrote. :-X Greets, Roger
  16. Why don't you build a silent rack? I'm just finishing mine within the next days. It's a lot of work but it's worth the effort. Greets, Roger
  17. ... in the second video, they layed both songs together and write: "perfect fit" It's not. Nelly's song is slightly faster... listen carefully. Sorry, I don't believe that. If one would have such a proof, he wouldn't put it on youTube but he would see the producer in court. For me your last sentence should be: Some people really don't have shame lie. Greets, Roger
  18. ... Bob has good stuff on his website. If somebody is really interested in Mastering... read his book, it's excellent! Greets, Roger
  19. ... be the first ;)! It's from the controller side not different than an audio controller, if your host application supports MIDI. Greets, Roger
  20. ... 1 MIDI Port = 16Ch ... depends on what the amount of data is and how critical timing is. Since playing an organ is timing critical, I would choose not to merge. It also depends on about you can implement or play from 4 different ports in your application... I'm not a synth expert. Greets, Roger
