  1. Welcome abord diablojoy! That's one pretty seq! Awesome work ;D
  2. Unless you paint them! stryd_one is painting pigeons. OMG. :-X
  3. Well, my post had Sesame Street in it, so I guess I win the lowest-SNR-plaque on that one ;D
  4. I totally agree on the pidgeons. They are annoying and ugly. But they make for funny songs:
  5. How about we turn this into a "I like sparrows"-poll? I personally love sparrows, got to hand feed some last weekend. Their soooo cute. If I were an animal I'd wanna be a sparrow. Yeah, it's a bit off-topic.
  6. THe pdf will be up after I doube checked everything :-) Prolly this evening.
  7. Yeah, let's vote on whether violating copyright agreements is legal.
  8. Bigger pads, bigger traces, more spacing. How does that look sS?
  9. Welcome aboard SpeedyGuitar! ;D Yes, definitely possible and yes, "buttons.inc" is the file to modify. I'd suggest you fiddle with it a bit yourself (for the learning and all) and if you run into problems - just ask :-)
  10. I've modded the most common libs already to have big/small pads, so changing the footprints for that board shouldn't really be much work. The idea of having a "midibox" library has been tossed around a lot too - maybe someone needs to get started with it ;)
  11. Looks nice! But, okay, I get the point Freddy ;D I'll put together an update with BIG pads and make a little more room everywhere so it's a bit more DIY-friendly. I never tested the PCB as I use a perfboard version for now. I'll keep you guys posted!
  12. Hihi, um, not likely with the current hardware as the code space is ~95% full :-) But it should be rather interesting to make a little PCB that simply cleans up and squares the guitar input and hook it up to a mbhpCore - more code mem and way more processing power ;D
  13. Haha, this goes into the quote DB ;D
  14. BTW, this demo doesn't do the FM justice. It's only using the default not-all-that-awesome gm-bank.
  15. I built a small, cheap and easy to build guitar tuner around a PIC16F84A-04P: In case someone is interested, it's documented here: http://schickt.de/index.php?entry=entry080606-004307 Have fun, nILS
  16. The one in the middle is (as I just posted) a 7815 - positive voltage regulator.
  17. Googling "17815t datasheet" gave me the following result: http://pdf1.alldatasheet.com/datasheet-pdf/view/176137/BCDSEMI/AS7815T-E1.html I guess this should work on the other two ICs as well ;)

That's probably when the updates were installed ;-)

Hooray, the chat is back ;D
  20. Cool! Now put it back together and send it to me! Thanks! ;D
  21. To get back on topic - yes, Zossen, it will not be a problem to find someone to transfer the money via paypal for you after you sent them the money (you're in Germany, so there's lots of friendly 'boxers who'd be happy to help out. Me included)
  22. [me=nILS Podewski]hands stryd_one two brooms. One for cleaning up and the other to poke people.[/me]

When those jumper wires run close to components you might want to use isolated cables instead of cut resistor legs.
  25. When ordering ICs from reichelt, you always get them tubed. Might be a cheap way to buy tubes, too - just buy a bunch of the cheapest ICs :D
