  2. From the album: GMAprogrammer: MA4PC a Midi Lighting Controller

The last few days where very frustrating cause of many bugs that apeared during the assembling of the lighting desk. Thanks again to TK who gave me the Input which helped me to overcome this issues. Some of them are still there but they will be solved after i put it through some Testgigs. For Backup there will be always another Lightingdesk connected in a Fulltracking Session next to my MA4PC.

  19. From the album: My DAW Controller project "DRAGONXT"

This is the real deal. My design printed on a sheet of aluminium 300x200mm for about $28. The texture is great, the finish is matt and looks quite professional in my opinion. My only reservation towards this approach is that colors from screen and the finished product differs quite alot. Now the next thing is to drill the holes for the components.

  21. Too bad I missed that last Waldorf knob buy, but it still looks pretty awesome, IMHO. This thing came out amazing. Thanks so much TK and MIDIbox for all your work on this. Thank you to the community here too, who helped me at each step of the way that I found a way to mess up. Seriously, I'm gonna get a lot of great use out of this box. I'm looking forward to trying another one soon.

The first version of my budget enclosure for the SEQ. The overall height of the enclosure will be 46mm. Mounting hole are for the LPC17 Core, AOUT NG, and the Quad IIc_Midi. The current design quotes at $46 USD.

This one is for Altitude! Thanks for sending the hardware, man! :-) It is a beautiful VFD and currently quite cheap in the U.S. :) Many greets, Peter

The white spacers are 6mm but can be reduced to 2 or 3mm... The global depth with connectors is less than 50mm!

Midibox SID v2 with one sound chip built into a datassette case. All the original buttons are functional: Rec, Play, Rew, FFwd = MB buttons 1-5, Eject = menu.

I have a friend with a CNC mill who's willing to mill the front panel and front panel board for me at cost (i.e. I provide the aluminum, copper clad board, and pay him for the bits he goes through milling the copper clad board, heh heh). But I don't have a program that will let me design a circuit board for milling like this--so I did it in Front Panel Designer! I put the image into an image-editing program and filled each of the "traces" with a different color according to their function, mostly to check for mistakes, and partly to help when writing the MBNG config files. But it also looks cool!
